I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.

I have taken my car there a few times. They have always been honest and straight forward with me. I have a decent knowledge of cars so I have a clue when people are not honest. I even sent my niece up there when she had car trouble. A 20 year old college girl with no automotive knowledge. They replaced her spark plugs and did not try any "add on" charges or phantom parts. They could have easily gotten away with it. Not many shops are that honest.

Service was good at first. A driver took us to a restaurant while our car was being serviced. We had to pay $313.00 for a new control arm. Once we started to go home the car started making a terrible noise. We took the car back, and we were told that it is like a new shoe; drive it for 1,000 miles, and it would be ok. The farther we drove the louder and rougher the car became to control. We got off the highway, because we could not go more than 35 miles an hour without the car shaking tremendously. When we turned the corner at Gettysburg and Germantown Streets the tire fell off. The lugs were either too tight, or not on. We had to call AAA to tow our car home. We had called the office to tell them it was hard to steer the car, while we were on the highway, and agin when the tire fell off. The service department was closed, and we had to call in the morning. We called and the Suzuki service department claimed they did not touch the tires. We were given the corporate office number, which is not answering. We are calling the Better Business Office to report the mishap. It ended up being a very bad service experience.
