The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

I have bought three cars at Carena Motors and am a satisfied customer. The staff are very customer oriented and want to make sure you are satisfied. The prices are good and if you can't find the exact car you want they will find it for you. I plan to go back in the Spring. I am still driving my first car I bought there a 1999 Miata. We bought rims from them and they didn't fit. They refused to give us our money back.

I purchased a vehicle from this lot it ran 1 week started overheating and now i am told it needs a new head gasket. Its a shame peaople still run businesses like this, now I have to but another 600 dollars in the car. I would not recommend this dealership. When I called they didnt even offer to try to help me with the problem, no way to have repeat customers.
