In all my years in the service industry I always keep a keen eye out on how other companies operate when I visit their establishment. To say I was appalled at the behavior that was shown while me being "a potential" customer at Wilkersons last month would be an understatement. I was greeted by a nice lady who was assisting someone on the phone at the same time and was quite busy. I gladly waited as she wrapped up with the customer on the phone all the while still advising me, she would help me asap. All the sudden what I assume is the manager or owner stormed in and gave the lady the evilest look and as he went by started to berate her about me waiting. I was speechless and as I was getting ready to say something he stormed out to the shop area just as fast with lewd profanities for all to hear. Repair was completed for a lot less than competitor's prices

Outstanding professional mechanics. Saved me a bunch of money on a used car purchase. The car looked good, but had numerous mechanical issues that were not readily identifiable. The manager of this store refused to change my oil saying that according to company policy because my engine was too loud he would not change my oil. He said he was afraid I would try to sue him if my engine failed. I then went to a different garage in Huber Heights and found out that the manager of Midas was calling around to other garages warning them not to change my oil. Talk about profiling someone has it come to this being hassled by managers just to get your oil changed. Well perhaps he thought I was the CEO of Midas who bought a used truck in Dayton to see it any Midas garages would service a truck that had engine noise. By the way my truck has always had a loud engine and is a 1990 Chevy full size. You should have heard how loud the Ford 150 was that they serviced with no problem.
