Love these guys. They always take good care of me and my VW's and the occasional Nissan, or Jeep that I bring in for regular maintenance. I appreciate the service.

I was having problems with my heat and air in my vehicle. I went to several places but they could not locate the problem. Air Quip was recommended to me by one of the other businesses so I decided to try it out. Air Quip took 5 minutes to look at it, had the part and had it fixed within a couple of hours. I will come back!

I would like to give a review on Jeff Coral and John Patrick over at the Memorial location. These guys are the best. They were so informative towards me and all of my needs. I have no knowledge about the job that they were doing which happens to be my ball joint. I asked if they would let me go out to the garage and look under the car to see exactly what they were doing. My car was making such a squeaking sound, I asked if they could grease the ball joint for me and they were nice enough to do. Customer service exceeded my expectation. The store manager David is a loving care bear type of guy. Today is Sunday and I have to go to work tomorrow which I did not want to pull up in the parking lot with a loud squeaky, annoying sound and they were very understanding to that and that is what I appreciate the most because they wanted to go over and beyond to assist me. They understood that with the business that I work in that is not professional to pull up with a noisy car in the parking lot and expect to be taken seriously about your work. I love those people. I feel like business and credit needs to be given where it is due. These people work hard just like we do and they need to be acknowledged just as we do when good work is done. Thank you so much pep boys on Memorial. I would also like to acknowledge cody huff for the references on my window that had been shattered from the hail storm. He is aware of how much money I am going to be out of when getting that repaired and referred me someone that is really reasonable. Thank you so much too all of your help.

Re: Harassment at “Zen Zel” Convenience Store I am a Child Care Food program Monitor Contracted with the State Department of education. I arrived at Zen Zel store located at Pine and Cincinnati parking lot at 845am. I parked my car so that I can make a phone call and wait for a few minute before proceeding to my 9:00am orientation meeting for a new child care provider. While talking on the phone I noticed a guy looking at me through the store window. He then walked out of the store and come over to my vehicle, I asked could I help him, and very rudely, he told me he wanted me to leave his parking lot. I was totally confused as this was the first time I had every visited the store, let alone purchase anything from this particular merchant! I asked why and tried to explain why I was waiting, and that I was going to purchase coffee when I finished my phone call, he mumbled something to someone on the his cell phone and walked off yelling that he was going to call the police! I subsequently went into the store in the direction of getting his and/or his manager’s name, once in the store I was greeted with harassing yells, which included: I’m calling the police and what’s your name, all the while trying to get his name. Not only do I not deserve this type of treatment, but no customer one does, I would understand if I was loitering or blasting loud music or hanging out with a group of unruly people, but I was simply a young business professional having a conversation within my vehicle; Furthermore by pulling over to talk on the phone was for safety reasons and clarification of the address location of my appointment. I did not know there was a time limit for sitting in ones car before going into the store to make a purchase. Embarrassed, humiliated and fueled with utterly frustration, I wanted to wait for the police to arrive and file and a harassment complaint toward this person, but my job duties waited. Don’t use these con artists. Spent thousands of dollars on work they never performed and lied about. Shut this place down!!! I can’t believe what I’m going through for a Mercedes they claimed to have in good working order, when they repaired nothing except a “con” job. No response from these pathetic losers. They don’t care about safety for individuals. Just out to make money and lie about their lack of skills.
