Auto repair service near Jefferson, OR

I needed a mirror replacement on my 2015 GTI S. I was told that Prestige would call me with an estimate. Three weeks passed. Finally, Prestige called. We set an appointment. Their work was excellent. Prestige preformed an inspection of my vehicle. This was much appreciated. However, the inspection came in the form of an email. I never saw the email until after I returned home from their shop. The email stated that the inspection found several other issues. The inspection said the "customer declined". When I picked up my car, nothing was said to me about the additional issues. I have a problem with this method. It makes no sense.

I was just in there getting my car clean. I have a 30 dollar card. I ask the attendant if pay the extra 3 dollar to get the six dollar wash. When ASK that he will please scrub the very bottom along my doors. He said I can get out do it myself. When did pay six dollar all the do scrub the back so what the students. This my second card but I will be no buying another one. I am going some where else. I posting it on Facebook for bad service.
