Just after noon at Hai's Shell Station of Portland, Oregon, I was greeted by Aaron. He recognizes me as he is the one who usually fills my 16 gal gas tank and my propane canisters. He is always friendly, timely, and efficient. I prepaid $ 70.00 cash inside to Daniel the manager on duty. The pump stopped at $ 60.01. When I got my change from him, I naturally looked to the leave a-take-a penny dish. Daniel made a production of this. He asked me for a penny when I gestured as though I was looking in the bowl and then handed me $9.99 (cents) in change as to prove some kind of point. He never offered a receipt, he was dismissive and then when I requested to speak to the person above him, his superior manager, he lied and gave me his own name. I am in Oregon where the unemployment rate is though the roof and I'm sure someone would be happy to represent Shell in accordance to what your company likes. I will never spend another dollar with your company if this is what you stand for and will be buying elsewhere until I hear something has been said or done. Thank you, Rebecca East
