My wife bought a used corvette from this dealer and he was a very nice guy but.... we saw an ad he had in a auto magazine with this car and it was suppose to come with 2 tops and we only got one. We called him and asked him about the second top and he said he would get back to us about the second top and also about the stereo not working in the car and its been months with no reply.Sorry but now you lost our repeat business because there is no follow through after the sale and word of mouth is not good for anyone doing business to the public.

Was searching for a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI online and saw Huber's listed on the USAA and Carguru websites. Only problem was it was almost 2 hours away! The car's pictures, description and detail on the website made me give them a call. Eric Reder filled me in on the details over the phone and stressed how much work they put into the car before putting it on the lot. I was surprised to hear that because the car only had 36,000 miles on it! He also said that the car looks better in person than in pictures (he was right!). I drove out and met with Eric Huber and immediately hit it off with him- we are both VW guys. The car looked showroom condition (my wife said several times she can't believe its not new) but Huber's went over the car and performed all of the 40,000 mile services on it. The car is only at 36,000 miles! The point is, I think they could have just vacuumed it, washed it, put 2 tires on it and put it for sale, but Eric explained that most of his customers come there for follow up service and if I came back for the next oil change at 40,000 miles and he hit me with VW's recommended 40,000 mile service charge, I would undoubtedly be P.O'd since I just bought the car. And he's right. Eric showed me the list of all the work performed and gave me a copy for my records. Very impressed with that kind of thinking. Huber's is a full service car repair facility that also sells high quality used cars and they put good cars on the lot to keep their customers happy so they'll come back for service. Worked out well for me!

I recently bought a new(used) car here, and was VERY PLEASED! The car was priced less than blue book value and has thus far not given me the slightest problem. December 30, 2020, my wife and I were on our way to North Carolina to visit our daughter. About 180 miles into our trip our alternator burnt out. Because I thought the issue was a faulty battery, I called AAA for a battery service. The tech determined the alternator was the issue. She could not recommend a nearby mechanic and said we'd be hard pressed to get service given the New Years holiday. Not being from the Carlisle, PA area, we decided to conduct a Google search and found T&M Automotive was about a 1/2 mile away. Turns out they are a AAA approved shop. Go figure why the AAA tech didn't know them! We spoke with Henrik who agreed to help us out. They were amazing!!! Henrik was able to get the required part, had his tech install it, test drove it and got us back on the road 3 hours later. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. They could have easily charged us more and we would have had to pay it given our situation. If you live in the Carlisle area, I highly recommend you use T&M Automotive for your car care. I financed a 2007 Dodge Caliber for a total with finance fees, tags and taxes of $12,729.70 on 06/14/2015. Since the date of purchase the vehicle has been in the shop 4 different times within 30 days for repairs. I have kept a list of service records to show. The second time my car had to come back into their shop, I was taken to Hertz rental car by one of their employees who at the time stated to me that the Caliber should have never been sold in the condition it was in and he told them that. Since I figured Ticket to Ride (The Finance Store aka Ticket To Ride) was putting me in a rental car so that I could still commute to work I assumed they were trying to rectify the situation only to find out upon returning the rental car that they were also making me financially responsible for that. During the time I had the rental car I was pulled over by Lancaster City and Manheim Township Police who stated the rental car was reported stolen, fortunate enough it turned out to be a mistake on the part of Hertz rental car and due to the bad experience Hertz decided to not charge me for the rental car. Since this incident my car has gone back to the shop 3 additional times. I have been able to drive the car maybe 15 days out of the time I have had the car and paid $1600 as a down payment and $195 bi weekly in a car payment. After communicating my concerns about the vehicle I asked the company to rectify the situation by putting me in a dependable, mechanically sound vehicle or nullify the sale altogether. They declined to put me in another vehicle but agreed that I could return the car with no financial obligation/or credit reporting and get my deposit back but it would have to be done in 24 to 48 hours of our conversation. Our conversation took place Thursday August 6, 2015 and I returned the vehicle Friday August 7, 2015. Since then they have refused to refund my $1600 deposit the loan still shows on my credit as an open loan. I am at a loss of what to do since I was clearly taken advantage of.

I took my car here for a yearly inspection. The waiting room is very small and full of paint fumes. After an hour they said there was a problem with my rear parking break actuator. They said it would cost $80 to fix. I was very suspicious of this because I do all my own maintenance on my cars. We walked out to the shop and I asked them what the problem was. They could not explain or show me the problem. I said I wasn't going to pay them $80 for this repair and take it off the lift. I took my car to another shop and it passed with no problems. Be very suspicious of this business and always get a second opinion.
