absolutely outstanding customer service experience and that really means a lot these days where customer service has been lost with so many companies. The work performed on my car was done correctly and quickly. I love this place!

I visited there store recently to ask about annual maintenance for new snapper my lawn mower and they gave me a price. When I called to ask about warranty service they launched into an angry tirade about not working for free and snapper takes too long to pay them. Avoid them if you possibly can

I paid a lot of money for a ski boat rental. What I received looked like a ship-wreck of mostly torn vinyl, broken seats and mold. I was very embarrassed as I rented for my families enjoyment. My wife emailed Pocono Action Sports / Lighthouse Harbor Marina but they only ignored us. I posted pictures of the rental on their website trying to elicit some response which I know they saw. since they deleted them numerous times without any comment. I wish I only received some apology or explanation from them so I didn't have to make this so public!

Horrible experience, Unprofessional costumer service and the owner is far from knowing what it is like to be professional. He is rude, disrespectful and has very little knowledge about costumer satisfaction. As their previous costumer, I would never recommend anyone going to this place and purchasing any of their products. They do not want to deal with things they know little about and upon explanation they reject it and in the most unprofessional way. They do not deliver what they promise to and do not live up to the expectations that they have advertised for themselves via their webpage. I know definitely I would never go back to that place or recommend anyone to it.

We had an excellent experience with SST… We had an excellent experience with SST Performance. We had to take our nine year old Mazda Tribute back to the dealership because of a recall. As expected, they performed the recall work then (Surprise! Surprise!), found that we needed a $600+ repair to a leaky seal on our rear axle. We opted for a second opinion. We took the car to a local Honesdale mechanic who confirmed that we had a leak, but estimated the repair at closer to $300. In the end, he was unable to do the repair, but recommended Sal at SST Performance, "a good guy" and "a good mechanic". We got to SST late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Sal set us up with the earliest appointment on Tuesday for an evaluation and ordered the part that day. By Thursday, we had the Tribute back at 1/3 the cost estimated by the dealership. Additionally, Sal went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had transportation to get the car to the shop and back without a second car. He's capable, friendly, flexible and helpful...a real professional. On top of that, as a former Marine, he and his wife also coordinate the local chapter of Toys for Tots. Bravo! We'll definitely be back and recommend you give SST a try.

I am Interested in a lower price tarus, even if I bring in my 98 ford tarus SL the engine dives like the day I bought it...I would like to bring it in for a possable trade in. ( except my Inspection is on hold, until the rocker panel gets fixed, along with other rusted areas.....Since last August my health has been getting worse...only use the car for doctors and hospital visits. It comes to 4 to 6 times a month..Even if no trade In, I'd love to see some Used Cars around the price range of $ 1100.00 to 1500.00 Hope tadein is worth a good amount. I live in waymart, and am 67 years old..It's hard to walk & breath...COPD But I feel 45 years Inside, and want to have my Independnce By having a Nice car to drive around, when I want to. The review is -5 Stars. The review is -5 Stars. I couldn't post unless I gave them at least 1 star. Their work is unsatifactory and they won't stand behind their warranty. My vehicle has less than 400 miles since rebuild by Ernie's and they refuse to cover the repairs. The work was completed by Ernie's through NAPA. I live in Florida and the repair was in PA. The truck was shipped from NAPA in PA to Florida. It was not driven to FL so since I recieved the truck it only had under 400 miles when it failed. Arrangements were made to diagnose and repair. Now Ernie's has failed to pay and I have to pay the bill to get my truck back....Therefore be fore warned that you too may end up in the same situation.

i bought a car on a friday. by sunday the power steering pump was nearly empty, there was power steering fluid on the underside of the engine. i called them that moday and got put on with bill. he said it was not covered under the warranty. i asked if they would help me out since i only had it 48 hours and he refused. he said it was on me to get it looked at and repaired. they will not stand behind their cars and forget about service after the sale.
