2-9-12: Hi, I am one of your steady customers: I was very aggravated this morning at 5:30am when I walked in a New kensington A Plus store to get a coffee on the way to work. To find a casual just hanging out in the store (it was totally obvious he wasn't there to buy anything).He was there to entertain the young man that was working the register, who happened to be scratching his own game ticket when I walked in,And while he's busy scratching his ticket, his friend is dancing and mumbling to himself;Meanwhile all the coffee pots are empty except one and there is a line of customers waiting patiently for the young cashier to notice that they're are there. This happens alot in my New kensington at midnight,especially at A Plus and Fueland stores, its something I'm getting sick and if it keeps up, I guess I won't be stopping to get coffee in my own neighborhood at 5:30 in the morning. They are nothing more than a great bunch of people, All staff, You need a car truck, They will fix you up, What i like is they take the time to match you with your budget and needs. Good place.

$5500 later, was told vehicle was ready for pick up. Made it a few miles, then broke down again. Called several times for help, and was hung up on twice. Our evil......run the opposite direction!

I got my front breaks changed here. When I got my car back the steering wheel started shaking. It got to the point where I found the vehicle unsafe to drive. I did some research online and found that can be caused by loose lug nuts. Sure enough, I checked the lug nuts on the driver's side tire. Three out of the five I took off with my hand. They were never torqued. The tire could've come off on the freeway and then I might not be here to leave this review. I called meineke up and told them what I found. The man on the phone was totally unhelpful. First, he tried to assure me that they took my car for a test drive. Then he kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. He didn't offer any sort of refund, or offer to speak to the mechanic about the oversight. He did offer to tighten my lug nuts if I drove my vehicle down to them (not safe). The conversation ended with him saying "What do you want me to do about it?" and I told him that I was going to leave a negative review online because people should know about this. It was then that he hung up on me. My voice wasn't raised. I was direct but still respectful. I've never been hung up on by a professional. I contacted corporate. They got in touch with the owner who offered to torque my lug nuts and teach me how to use some lug nut torque tool. I torqued the lug nuts correctly, it was their mechanic that forgot to torque them.

my mother in law gets her car fixed and inspected there every year.they are very well manner guys and very nice to all the people.the get the job done right the first time and make sure you are safe on the road.to all the guys there exspecily bob.we thank you so very much for your work

I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The experience was fantastic. Rob, the general manager picked up two of my employees and brought them to the dealership so they could drive them home. A+ While I finished the paperwork, we were given anything we wanted, candy, pop, water, etc. Kristen made us feel welcome and was very professional, but easy to talk with and quite funny. The vans were perfectly detailed, full of fuel, and I purchased two 3year GWC warranties. I have used GWC warranties prior and trust them, and saved easily $5000 on repair costs on my previous two work vans. Best experience I have ever had purchasing work vans was here. I was reluctant to buy Ford's at first, but Rob took the time to share his knowledge and showed me how much better off I am with these vans. Not to mention he sells 99% ford and how many I was amazed. Thanks Kristen and Rob, I am so happy!
