Check engine light came back on and persisted. Due to dealer distance I took to my mechanic and a Toyota dealer for the most accurate code reading. Basically told by mechanic that the car “has problems.” Dealer/owner/salesman fixed car to make light go off, but I have no doubt the light will return with his bandaid. Salesman did agree to buy back car, but to my complete surprise and disgust he gave me $2500 less than I paid him, then he relisted it for the price I paid. So, I lost $2500 to him and $400 in repairs for 5 months of owning the car. He made profit on me and then again on reselling it for the same asking price I paid, knowing it has problems. My husband passed in 2017 and this was my son’s first car and my first time buying one alone. Saul knew this. He sent a very unprofessional email telling me if I “didn’t have anything nice to say not to say anything at all,” when I complained and expressed my displeasure. Do not believe him when he tells you here is there to help protect you from bad salesmen ... he IS one. Don’t buy here.
