I got my front breaks changed here. When I got my car back the steering wheel started shaking. It got to the point where I found the vehicle unsafe to drive. I did some research online and found that can be caused by loose lug nuts. Sure enough, I checked the lug nuts on the driver's side tire. Three out of the five I took off with my hand. They were never torqued. The tire could've come off on the freeway and then I might not be here to leave this review. I called meineke up and told them what I found. The man on the phone was totally unhelpful. First, he tried to assure me that they took my car for a test drive. Then he kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. He didn't offer any sort of refund, or offer to speak to the mechanic about the oversight. He did offer to tighten my lug nuts if I drove my vehicle down to them (not safe). The conversation ended with him saying "What do you want me to do about it?" and I told him that I was going to leave a negative review online because people should know about this. It was then that he hung up on me. My voice wasn't raised. I was direct but still respectful. I've never been hung up on by a professional. I contacted corporate. They got in touch with the owner who offered to torque my lug nuts and teach me how to use some lug nut torque tool. I torqued the lug nuts correctly, it was their mechanic that forgot to torque them.

I wish I could give this dealer No Stars on this survey I am a shopper and got the worst deal at Kenny Ross Ford from there "sales manager" of the five dealerships I went to. I believe the "sales manager made a example to his sales staff how to handle a informed shopper to make you feel you no nothing about what your car is worth. Shopping at Kenny Ross Ford was a total waste of 2 hours of my time. I bought a new ford at another dealer in Westmoreland County for $2000.00 less at another dealer. They are still living in the past when car dealers screwed there customers on price. Go to another dealer in the area that are honest. I cannot believe how badly I was treated. You will save money and not be lied to. Hope this review saves you the waste of your time.

I was involved in a car accident. Had them tow it so my vehicle could get worked on there. I took pictures of where it originally got towed from and the tires 4 days later were not flat until it got there. Talked to the owner and he stated the frame was probably bent due to flat tire. He would keep my vehicle give me a little over 200 for it for scrap. I got it towed home listed it on craig list. A man bought it and fixed it in one week. No bent frame. ANd the quote he gave the insurance carrier was wrong. 800 dollar fix.( this is not including minor cosmetic issues) But 800 bucks to pass inspection!!!! Now Im without a vehicle and got laughed at by staff because I was hurt in the accident. IM NOT KIDDING. I referred this place to so many people who would have originally went someplace else. They did exceptional work for me in the past but Im wondering was needless things done?? Get a second opinion before they act generous and offer scrap money for your vehicle. Im hurt more than anything. As I said I used this company for years, referred them to many and to set a BS quote so my vehicle is deemed totalled and then to get laughed at because I got hurt was childlike and extremely disrespectful.
