I am a single mother with very little time or money and decided it was time to try and buy a new vehicle. I went to nick chevrolet because they were local and thought I would give them my business. I went there and took my car in for a trade. They only gave me $2500 for my trade and it was about $2000 less than nada was. So I figured I would do the deal as long as I was going to get the new vehicle at a good price. It ends up that once they sold me all the extra warranties and everything else they wanted me to buy, i had to take my whole savings of $7600 and give as a down payment. Once I drove the vehicle home and after around 300 miles the transmission started slipping and making all kinds of noises so I decided to take it back over to them. Once there, I dropped it off and they put it in for service. They called me and said that something inside the transmission had broke and caused the gears inside to get all busted up. I picked the vehicle back up once they called and said it was ready. Once I had it for about 2 days the same thing is still happening. I went back over to tell them, and they told me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Unfortunately they have been lying to me about it. I have been over there at least 5 times to see if they could do something about it to make it right, but they refuse to make it right, and keep giving me the run around.. I now have an attorney to help me at an additional expense and time which I do not have. This dealership does not care once they have the money. I have now contacted the news station as like I said before that I am a single mother just trying to work and survive with the times being very tough like they are. I would certainly go to another dealership as this one just plain sucks....

I had been told to seek out Jimmy Celani and His Brother Joe at J and J Used Car Center for a quality detail. Of Course, nearly everyone who refers you to anyone says that "their guy is the best" and all to often they aren't. I was hoping for a good job on my Dodge Ram Crew Cab, because it was in need of an extreme detail. I was considering trading it in so I wanted to get it looking good. Instead what was given to me when I came to pick it up, could not have been my truck! Really, it looked as if it was nearly new. The job they did was so good that it actually appears as though it was cared for by an obsessive owner instead of me and the car wash. I mean every piece of metal shines! Under the hood, in the door jams and hinges, the tail gate, the rear panel, under the fender wells of the rear wheels. The interior carpets are clean and spot free, the seats are soft and shiny without the use of armor all and the dash is new again. I never write reviews, even on bad service but these guys really truly deserve a huge thank you and a two thumbs up! I am not joking, the truck has returned to life inside and out and I have decided that I am NOT trading it because I didn't know that there is this much life left in it. Thank you Jimmy and Joe! You saved me money.

Honest work, and efficient. They dont look for angle to charge you more. Good repair work and get it done when they say they will!
