front right side was making loud squealing , steering made rubbing sound when turned. frank had the vehicle's front end thoroughly inspected then test drove it again himself to make double sure of the problems. bottom line is, he replaced the problem parts and cleaned and adjusted brakes, changed oil and flushed coolant (i had a coupon) and saved me a whole lot of money. he has kept my '05 cavalier on the road and running smoothly for years and for alot less than others had charged me. glad i found this garage. he is a person you can trust and he goes out of his way to come up with cost saving solutions.

2-9-12: Hi, I am one of your steady customers: I was very aggravated this morning at 5:30am when I walked in a New kensington A Plus store to get a coffee on the way to work. To find a casual just hanging out in the store (it was totally obvious he wasn't there to buy anything).He was there to entertain the young man that was working the register, who happened to be scratching his own game ticket when I walked in,And while he's busy scratching his ticket, his friend is dancing and mumbling to himself;Meanwhile all the coffee pots are empty except one and there is a line of customers waiting patiently for the young cashier to notice that they're are there. This happens alot in my New kensington at midnight,especially at A Plus and Fueland stores, its something I'm getting sick and if it keeps up, I guess I won't be stopping to get coffee in my own neighborhood at 5:30 in the morning. Had this problem at 3 other local shops and was out over 1400 dollars only to be let down with no repair. I was very disgruntled until a co worker mentioned this shop. Made the appointment and dropped it off thinking this will be another upset until I got the call... THE SAME MORNING!!!! They found 2 wires shorting together when I hit certain bumps and repair was 110 bucks out the door. Customer for life!! Thanks guys!! Kerri

I am a single mother with very little time or money and decided it was time to try and buy a new vehicle. I went to nick chevrolet because they were local and thought I would give them my business. I went there and took my car in for a trade. They only gave me $2500 for my trade and it was about $2000 less than nada was. So I figured I would do the deal as long as I was going to get the new vehicle at a good price. It ends up that once they sold me all the extra warranties and everything else they wanted me to buy, i had to take my whole savings of $7600 and give as a down payment. Once I drove the vehicle home and after around 300 miles the transmission started slipping and making all kinds of noises so I decided to take it back over to them. Once there, I dropped it off and they put it in for service. They called me and said that something inside the transmission had broke and caused the gears inside to get all busted up. I picked the vehicle back up once they called and said it was ready. Once I had it for about 2 days the same thing is still happening. I went back over to tell them, and they told me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Unfortunately they have been lying to me about it. I have been over there at least 5 times to see if they could do something about it to make it right, but they refuse to make it right, and keep giving me the run around.. I now have an attorney to help me at an additional expense and time which I do not have. This dealership does not care once they have the money. I have now contacted the news station as like I said before that I am a single mother just trying to work and survive with the times being very tough like they are. I would certainly go to another dealership as this one just plain sucks....

I was involved in a car accident. Had them tow it so my vehicle could get worked on there. I took pictures of where it originally got towed from and the tires 4 days later were not flat until it got there. Talked to the owner and he stated the frame was probably bent due to flat tire. He would keep my vehicle give me a little over 200 for it for scrap. I got it towed home listed it on craig list. A man bought it and fixed it in one week. No bent frame. ANd the quote he gave the insurance carrier was wrong. 800 dollar fix.( this is not including minor cosmetic issues) But 800 bucks to pass inspection!!!! Now Im without a vehicle and got laughed at by staff because I was hurt in the accident. IM NOT KIDDING. I referred this place to so many people who would have originally went someplace else. They did exceptional work for me in the past but Im wondering was needless things done?? Get a second opinion before they act generous and offer scrap money for your vehicle. Im hurt more than anything. As I said I used this company for years, referred them to many and to set a BS quote so my vehicle is deemed totalled and then to get laughed at because I got hurt was childlike and extremely disrespectful.

I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The experience was fantastic. Rob, the general manager picked up two of my employees and brought them to the dealership so they could drive them home. A+ While I finished the paperwork, we were given anything we wanted, candy, pop, water, etc. Kristen made us feel welcome and was very professional, but easy to talk with and quite funny. The vans were perfectly detailed, full of fuel, and I purchased two 3year GWC warranties. I have used GWC warranties prior and trust them, and saved easily $5000 on repair costs on my previous two work vans. Best experience I have ever had purchasing work vans was here. I was reluctant to buy Ford's at first, but Rob took the time to share his knowledge and showed me how much better off I am with these vans. Not to mention he sells 99% ford and how many I was amazed. Thanks Kristen and Rob, I am so happy!
