I have had John maintaining my autos and trucks for many years. I am 40 minutes away now and still have all my work done by John at Angel Car Care. He has found solutions that the dealer and others could not find. I drive the distance for expert, honest, and fairly priced service. I had a boat engine that sounded off and had John listen to it. He said it was the timing chain and should be replaced asap. As it was under warrantee I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong. It was easy to schedule my oil change appointment. Mike in service greeted me on time and checked me in very quickly. My car was ready within hours. Pick up and payment was quick and easy.

Not recommended at all. Horrible service. OVERPRICED. Go in for a tune-up and am told engine needs replacing???? What's up with that? Tom Matthews was very abrupt with us. Basically told us, we owed him $250 for a tune up without even letting us know price first but engine would only last a month or so. Disagree with Marlene for sure - NOT honest, polite or caring at all.

I took my car to Meineke (for the first time) a few months ago for a state inspection and an oil change and left it there while I was at work. A few hours later I relieved a call from a woman saying that my car was in need of $900.00 worth of repairs on top of the cost of the inspection and oil change and how would I like to pay for it? Like I could just whip out $900.00 on the spot! I have a 2010 Nissan Rouge so that just didn't make any sense. The car was running great and I always take it in for routine maintenance. I asked if it would pass inspection without all the repairs and she said yes but just barely. She said my back tires really needed to be replaced. I told her that I didn't want any extra work to be done just the inspection and oil change. She stuck to her position but said fine. Now three months later I took my car to the dealership for my regular routine maintenance and mentioned that a few months back I was told the tires probably needed to be replaced. They called me to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about because the tires are fine in fact they are at 50% now and would have been even better a few months back! THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T NEED TO!
