Auto repair service near Pittsburgh, PA

While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

Great experience! I picked up my Range Rover today after a six-working day turn around on some nasty scrapes on the passenger side and a few on the driver's side taillight. The shop was able to buff some of the scrapes out, resulting in less work and cost. Dominic was very upfront about costs and very communicative. Any questions were answered immediately and the final cost was slightly less than the estimate. I appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent work on my vehicle. My Range Rover looks great. You'd never know there was damage. I will be a repeat customer (or hopefully not... but accidents happen). Thanks!

I found this place on Google while looking for a reputable mechanic to bring my car to, as the last 3 places I had tried had given me incorrect diagnosises and tried to over charge me. Long story short, I will never use another mechanic. If there is one word that describes this place best, it's HONEST. The whole staff, from the tow truck driver to the owner, are kind and helpful. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you want the greatest service for your automobile, you should not go anywhere else. From our conversations I learned that the owner is a custom car guy and very passionate about a vehicle looking superb. I had a scrap from the bump with a concrete wall and visited numerous auto shops in the area. After talking to the owner of JS Auto Collision about my car I was blown away by his explanation of repair and quote which was about five to ten times cheaper than what I had been quoted at other repair shops. Thank you!

This place is freaking amazing. I can finally get up in the morning and not have to worry if I will be able to get to work or not. We had gotten a van from Pittsburgh Auto Depot and had it for a week until the motor blew up. I had to have it towed back to Auto Depot. I went in and told them what happened and they laughed at me and told me I had a warranty and get it off there lot. Those people are crooks because the warranty didn't cover it because it was only a week since I bought it. All you have to do is look at their reviews.. Stay away from Pittsburgh Auto Depot.. Southside Motors is the place to get a reliable vehicle. We have had our Jeep Liberty for almost 6 months now and love it. Southside gave us a 2 year 24,500 mile warranty and it is good the same day we leave with the car. Southside uses a good warranty..

I found their ad in St Anne's bulletin. A friend had suggested them. The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

honest workers, will not do anything that is not necessary.will let you know what is wrong before any work is done. my father was a mechanic and took all his cars to them when he needed something he could not do. they have never charged me for just looking over my cars when i think there is an issue. Awesome people. Respectable pricing, awesome service and they back up what they sell without hesitation. What else can you ask for in today's market where service is usually second or non-existent? They worked with me on every item I purchased, explained the functions, and did not sell me what I did not need or want. They actually lowered the price on what I THOUGHT I needed and installed a perfect system. They could have sold what I asked for and made more money, and didn't Very happy with the end result! These mechanics are GOOD and the owner is a hard working, honest man.

After shopping around, I chose Karb King for their prices and no-bs service. After sending them my entire manifold and carbs in pieces, they put them back together, fabbed a custom progressive linkage, synced everything and sent em back bolted to the manifold and ready to go. Very pleased with what my money got me and would easily use em again.
