Last minute accommodation --they were willing to stay late to do an oil change on our truck as a favor to us even though they had no open appointments left. I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The experience was fantastic. Rob, the general manager picked up two of my employees and brought them to the dealership so they could drive them home. A+ While I finished the paperwork, we were given anything we wanted, candy, pop, water, etc. Kristen made us feel welcome and was very professional, but easy to talk with and quite funny. The vans were perfectly detailed, full of fuel, and I purchased two 3year GWC warranties. I have used GWC warranties prior and trust them, and saved easily $5000 on repair costs on my previous two work vans. Best experience I have ever had purchasing work vans was here. I was reluctant to buy Ford's at first, but Rob took the time to share his knowledge and showed me how much better off I am with these vans. Not to mention he sells 99% ford and how many I was amazed. Thanks Kristen and Rob, I am so happy!
