Auto repair service near Southampton, PA

I took my car to Meineke (for the first time) a few months ago for a state inspection and an oil change and left it there while I was at work. A few hours later I relieved a call from a woman saying that my car was in need of $900.00 worth of repairs on top of the cost of the inspection and oil change and how would I like to pay for it? Like I could just whip out $900.00 on the spot! I have a 2010 Nissan Rouge so that just didn't make any sense. The car was running great and I always take it in for routine maintenance. I asked if it would pass inspection without all the repairs and she said yes but just barely. She said my back tires really needed to be replaced. I told her that I didn't want any extra work to be done just the inspection and oil change. She stuck to her position but said fine. Now three months later I took my car to the dealership for my regular routine maintenance and mentioned that a few months back I was told the tires probably needed to be replaced. They called me to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about because the tires are fine in fact they are at 50% now and would have been even better a few months back! THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T NEED TO!

We purchased that night, and our salesman stayed with us answering all of our questions. He was extremely thorough with everything we might ever need to know. We're very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience. We were treated like vip clients.

Richie the owner worked with me on many matters that were wrong. From the exhaust system, to the brakes, alignment, overheating, and overall safety issues. They came and towed my vehicle, and even picked me up when I had no way of getting there to retrieve my truck. The service was beyond awesome. I got my little truck back and it works better than it did before I bought it used. Not only that, but the amount of care and work put into it compared to the cost was amazing. This is the best service I have ever received on a vehicle, and I have owned many over the years. I highly recommend Conrads. It is old fashioned good service with people who are not going to overcharge you.
