I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and I cannot express how disappointed I am at this point. First they will sell you a car for far more than the blue book value is and they will tell you that nothing is wrong with the car. Wow! They seen me coming. They will see you too. I have had nothing but trouble with this car since I bought it. To date I have had to put several thousand into repairs such as brakes, shocks, Struts, Steering rack and my ABS Alarm goes off constantly and I am advised that this is a 2000.00 fix. I am paying 8000.00 for this car and I would expect that it be up to some standard of which it is not. All I get from these people when I try to talk to them is a poised attitude that they do not have to do anything about it. They are protected by the law. Really they are not as protected as they think but it would take a butt load of money to take it to court. More than it is worth and more than I have to spend because they already got my life savings. Beware of the THEIVES!

Purchased a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer in the Summer of 2011.The vehicle had numerous issues that the seller failed to notify me about. There were many poor and unsatisfactory repairs done on this vehicle. Some of the more prominent were: -There was no emergency brake. Just a pedal attached to nothing. -The coil springs on all four sides were damaged and needed to be replaced entirely. -The windows were poorly repaired. -Copious amounts of glue was used instead of rivets or other more acceptable forms of repair. I would not recommend buying from this group at all. They are morally hazardous and have very low standards of repair. Please stay away!

I wanna give Pepboys in monroeville zero stars because they have no idea what they are doing. They just try to rob people I went to get my car inspected everything was fine but failed the inspection because my front tires they think was getting bad and headlights bulbs wernt in right position. Fine I got it fixed got new tires and went back and then front break pads are bad this is rediculous I left my job to get these things done and after waiting for two hours and then had to contact them my self that what's taking so long then gotta find out pads are bad like wow..... Which I don't even believe it was my cars pads. pep boys in monroeville is just trying to rob as many customers as they can to make money. I don't think I'll be ever coming back to this place and neither I will recommend anyone because of there customers service and there work.

my mother in law gets her car fixed and inspected there every year.they are very well manner guys and very nice to all the people.the get the job done right the first time and make sure you are safe on the road.to all the guys there exspecily bob.we thank you so very much for your work
