Auto repair service near Worthington, PA

I am a single mother with very little time or money and decided it was time to try and buy a new vehicle. I went to nick chevrolet because they were local and thought I would give them my business. I went there and took my car in for a trade. They only gave me $2500 for my trade and it was about $2000 less than nada was. So I figured I would do the deal as long as I was going to get the new vehicle at a good price. It ends up that once they sold me all the extra warranties and everything else they wanted me to buy, i had to take my whole savings of $7600 and give as a down payment. Once I drove the vehicle home and after around 300 miles the transmission started slipping and making all kinds of noises so I decided to take it back over to them. Once there, I dropped it off and they put it in for service. They called me and said that something inside the transmission had broke and caused the gears inside to get all busted up. I picked the vehicle back up once they called and said it was ready. Once I had it for about 2 days the same thing is still happening. I went back over to tell them, and they told me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Unfortunately they have been lying to me about it. I have been over there at least 5 times to see if they could do something about it to make it right, but they refuse to make it right, and keep giving me the run around.. I now have an attorney to help me at an additional expense and time which I do not have. This dealership does not care once they have the money. I have now contacted the news station as like I said before that I am a single mother just trying to work and survive with the times being very tough like they are. I would certainly go to another dealership as this one just plain sucks....

2-9-12: Hi, I am one of your steady customers: I was very aggravated this morning at 5:30am when I walked in a New kensington A Plus store to get a coffee on the way to work. To find a casual just hanging out in the store (it was totally obvious he wasn't there to buy anything).He was there to entertain the young man that was working the register, who happened to be scratching his own game ticket when I walked in,And while he's busy scratching his ticket, his friend is dancing and mumbling to himself;Meanwhile all the coffee pots are empty except one and there is a line of customers waiting patiently for the young cashier to notice that they're are there. This happens alot in my New kensington at midnight,especially at A Plus and Fueland stores, its something I'm getting sick and if it keeps up, I guess I won't be stopping to get coffee in my own neighborhood at 5:30 in the morning. I just bought two work vans from them on Friday, March 1st 2013. The experience was fantastic. Rob, the general manager picked up two of my employees and brought them to the dealership so they could drive them home. A+ While I finished the paperwork, we were given anything we wanted, candy, pop, water, etc. Kristen made us feel welcome and was very professional, but easy to talk with and quite funny. The vans were perfectly detailed, full of fuel, and I purchased two 3year GWC warranties. I have used GWC warranties prior and trust them, and saved easily $5000 on repair costs on my previous two work vans. Best experience I have ever had purchasing work vans was here. I was reluctant to buy Ford's at first, but Rob took the time to share his knowledge and showed me how much better off I am with these vans. Not to mention he sells 99% ford and how many I was amazed. Thanks Kristen and Rob, I am so happy!

my mother in law gets her car fixed and inspected there every year.they are very well manner guys and very nice to all the people.the get the job done right the first time and make sure you are safe on the road.to all the guys there exspecily bob.we thank you so very much for your work

Just moved up in Cranberry in December and and the time came to get my Jeep an inspection. Not knowing any Auto Repair shops around and wanting to avoid commercial Auto Shops like Pep Boys who will rip you off to gain more money. I got to say everyone at Milberts were great! They got the job done quickly and were honest on any repairs needed. Also gave me a time cap on some repairs that will need service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their cars for repair or inspections. Everyone was patient and very easy to talk to. An honest mechanic that does not try to sell you more service is a great mechanic to come back to in which I will everytime!

I got my front breaks changed here. When I got my car back the steering wheel started shaking. It got to the point where I found the vehicle unsafe to drive. I did some research online and found that can be caused by loose lug nuts. Sure enough, I checked the lug nuts on the driver's side tire. Three out of the five I took off with my hand. They were never torqued. The tire could've come off on the freeway and then I might not be here to leave this review. I called meineke up and told them what I found. The man on the phone was totally unhelpful. First, he tried to assure me that they took my car for a test drive. Then he kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. He didn't offer any sort of refund, or offer to speak to the mechanic about the oversight. He did offer to tighten my lug nuts if I drove my vehicle down to them (not safe). The conversation ended with him saying "What do you want me to do about it?" and I told him that I was going to leave a negative review online because people should know about this. It was then that he hung up on me. My voice wasn't raised. I was direct but still respectful. I've never been hung up on by a professional. I contacted corporate. They got in touch with the owner who offered to torque my lug nuts and teach me how to use some lug nut torque tool. I torqued the lug nuts correctly, it was their mechanic that forgot to torque them.
