Came in to buy bottled water and snacks. Cashier told us that couldn't sell any water because it was ringing up incorrectly. We brought the case of water and some bags of chips to the counter and sure enough, the water rang up at $26++ and the cashier did not know how else to sell it. But then she started complaining about having to put the water and the snacks back. When we asked her for her name, she yelled that she would no longer be working there as of the next day and therefore we didn't need her name. I can't remember ever being treated like this by any store employee - she is not a positive representative for your company. Hopefully, it is true that she was quitting and that she is no longer there. Thanks

Do do yourself a huge favor and do not go to King Philip Motors. I bought a vehicle from deal three months ago it’s been a nightmare dealing with him ever cents my first problem was the day I drove off the lot my truck started to overheat immediately I took the truck back in two days for a deal to fix it he did at no cost as it should be but his warranty is horrible 30 day warranty you pay half. But when I asked how much for the next problem he could not give me a estimate. I asked other mechanics and they told me this was a three hour job approximately $300 but Dale would not give me any idea. This was a problem. He could say anything after the job was done. He could say it took 10 hrs. I had no way to disprove this. But I didn’t have to worry because after dropping it off three times. Accidentally two weeks without my vehicle

Rick over there at JnS is the MAN! I purchased my car from carmax and when I called to get warranty work done they referred me to J N S(glad they did). Brought my car down there with a ton of issues. Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. P.s if you have carmax extended warranty just skip the middle man and call rick they'll charge the same deductible, give you a better warranty that carmax does on their work 3year/36k! Jose C. After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while.
