KEEP AWAY!! Not only did they sell us a huge lemon, but they made sure that there was no documentation given for the 4 times we were there so that we could request our money back legally from both the DMV and small claims court! The salesman called us liars, yelled at us for doing something we did not do and hung up on us repeatedly! How can you treat customers like that?? They were not willing to fix the car, or honor the warrantee! We are now stuck with a 2,500lbs steel paperweight!

My transmission kept running slow in low gear...air bag light was on and it was determined that it was the clock spring in the steering column. Mr Warzycha was professional and friendly. He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.

I wanted to thank the mechanics of Safeway on Atwood avenue in Cranston for their excellent service on my vehicle. My wife and I went in this morning for an oil change and inspection. They went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. They Informed me of preventative maintenance and that my tire pressure was not correct and even corrected the issue. The price was fair and service was excellent. They put plastic in the car and even vacuumed it! I go to Safeway with my company vehicle and my personal vehicle for all repairs/maintenance. I highly recommend Safeway to anyone who cares about their vehicle and want to know that their vehicle will be properly serviced by quality mechanics!

Joe Papolla Jr or Joe & Son's Service, Inc In Cranston, Rhode Island, and the rest of his family, have almost 70 combined years of experience being thieves and screwing the public. Guys a thief. Half the time he cant figure out what is wrong, even something as simple as a tire leak. Other times, he cant fix it the first time, or the second, or the third. And dont be fooled, he doesn't do all his own work, he farms out the bigger or more complex jobs to others who are just as incompetent and could care just as little. He engages in both insurance and warranty fraud. he charges customers for replacing parts he never replaces and services he never performs. Having earned himself the title of "The Clamp King" for his belief he can fix any automotive issue by putting clamps on it and the customer will not notice, no repair he makes can be counted on to last or be done correctly. Complete A-hole. Although, maybe you could bring him something like a ford escort and he could figure out where the washer fluid goes.Maybe. But he'll probably just throw and bunch of clamps on it and say its fixed hoping you dont know it. Consistently screws customers and credit card companies by not touching cars that are brought back to him for his screwing up the repair the first time, hoping to not restart the clock on the claim. He has mastered the art of escaping liability for his malfeasance because he has faced every type of claim throughout the history of this business which should tell you all you need to know. The only way he stays in business is through police and organized crime connection in the sh*t bag state of rhode island.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer!!!!! Larry Cull, the owner here, told me that the car I was interested in had only had a few minor tune ups needed and when I asked for any repair records, I was told there were none due to the repairs being so minor. When I purchased the car and went to pick it up, I found they hadn't even put enough gas in it to get it the ten minutes home. When I began driving the car, I started smelling a horrendous oil scent any time I drove it which got progressively worse over two days. When I opened the hood, oil was running down from where the dipstick is. I checked the level four times when it had cooled and found the oil had been grossly overfilled and was bubbling up out of the dipstick holder when it warmed and expanded and that the oil on top was cleaner than that black oil at the bottom. I brought it back and had them do a REAL oil change, as they were supposed to have done initially and had obviously only put new oil on top of the old oil. One month later on Christmas night, it broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed. Upon the mechanic taking it apart to diagnose the problem, they found that the dealer had done shoddy repairs such as putting a thermostat in with glue since it was the wrong thermostat for this car and replacing the radiator with a low model one not specifically for my car. As they went further in, they told me they strongly suspected the dealer had put Stop Leak in the system to cover up a head gasket problem. I brought this paperwork to Larry Cull to which he replied "You can file whatever complaints you want. I've been doing this a long time and I'll win." He would not help in any way other than to say he'd repaired a 'minor leak in the oil filter as a kindness' which was a complete lie and then opened up a folder with repair notes which he lied initially and said he did not have. The offer he made was to fix the car himself and I could pay HIM in installments for it, which is only him benefiting even more for selling a faulty, broken car. At the end of this ordeal I had to take out another loan to pay off the $3500 worth of repairs needed that the dealer hid. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this horrendous deceitful dealer.
