To whom it may concern....I just want you to know that I know that MG Products is not the place to buy a car. My daughter was stupid enough to be conned into buying that 1980something VW van. It reminds me of an Andy Griffith show where the car dealer puts saw dust in the transmission to make it run smoothly until....you know the rest of the story. The inside of the van was of course too good to pass up, but whether or not it runs is the important thing. The kids were gonna drive it to Baja-thats a haha-it made it across the street and died. Ive owned a 1980something VW van and knew when to get rid of it-I tried to convey that to your buyer, my daughter. She took it to our mechanic here and he said..."hope she didnt pay anything for it". He wouldnt work on it. They took it somewhere else and got a bad report. I just want you to know that Im pissed you took advantage of this poor family and hopefully you wont rip off others who cant afford it.very disappointed in your ethics- MRS.VONSTEIN

A very professional outfit with many years of expertise with Mercedes cars. The shop adheres to high standards of service and accountability. The shop is well-equipped with advanced tools and diagnostics. They have been my go-to place for Mercedes care for 35 years!

Sold a car to a friend and brakes locked upon it. Once taken to a reputable mechanic, they found that the frame was rusted to the point that it wasn't road safe, all four struts were rusted, transmission was slipping, transmission fluid was black, oil was way overdue for a change, exhaust was rusted through, power steering pump was leaking, etc. Went back and owner denied knowing any of this and said it was a good car. However, when we offered to sell it back to him for $1000 less than my friend paid for it, he didn't want a car in that condition. Would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. That was all the money my friend had and had actually borrowed part of that money. Now he is without a car and out $1550.00.

Our experience was disappointing at best. HJA claimed the car was inspected and had no problems. This was not true. Even before purchase, a leak was found. The price was reduced to cover the repair but then they would not give us a warranty. When we insisted, HJA acquiesced and gave it to us. When we went back the following week because the check engine and check oil lights were coming on, HJA said it was no longer their problem. We would need to deal with the warranty company. They also tried to try to blame the mechanic who had checked the car out. If HJA had properly checked and done maintenance on this car before they put it out for sale, there would not have been any problem to find. My daughter took her car to a Volkswagen Service Center. We were told the following: 1. None of the issues found with this car are covered by the warranty HJA gave us. 2. None of the issues would exist if proper inspection and maintenance had been done on the car in the first place. “Great quality used vehicles” do not have issues within a week of purchase. This is a very bad business.
