Everyone I spoke with was friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in providing the best service possible. Nice, clean waiting area with comfy seating too. I got a thorough report on the condition of my vehicle with some recommendations for future service it will need. Made me feel comfortable about taking this vehicle on a drive to Wisconsin, knowing it has been checked over and found to be in good condition. Thanks much everyone. I will be back. *S*

The service at Repairablevehicles.com (Interstate Auto Center in Harrisburg, SD) makes me very very unhappy. I called them a few weeks ago interested in a repairable Mustang they had for sale. After talking to Jeff a few times I asked him if I could buy the vehicle over the phone with a credit card. He said "no" but told me I could hold it for $500 until I could wire him the money. That sounded great to me so I did that. The next day after thinking about the condition of the Mustang I decided that I didn't want it, so I emailed Jeff and told him. He then proceeded to call me and tell me that if I didn't buy the car he would not refund the $500. I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED because he did not mention that at all when he told me that I could hold the vehicle. What DECEIT! So, I left the head of the company (Brad Meyer) a message and he never returned my call. I made multiple attempts to reach him without success. So I lost my $500 and the company still has yet to contact me. BEWARE!

We took our pop-up camper to Jerrys Camper in Lennox SD to have the a/c replaced. They quoted us a price in the $800 range but it ended up being $1065. We didn't open the camper until we got to the campground the day we picked up our pop-up. Upon looking at the ceiling of the camper, we noticed that they literally tried to put a square piece into a half-moon opening and the cord was hanging and was not even attached to the ceiling. My husband fixed it very easily. I sent a letter to Jerry, the owner, with pictures of what was not acceptable and told him we would not be bringing our camper back to them for any service. He called me and said they could fix it. I told him my husband had already fixed it and he said they wanted to make it right because they wanted us to come back. He told me he would have Brian call me. it is now a month or more later and I have yet to hear from Brian.

I was traveling from Mitchell South Dakota to Easton Kansas when my engine light came on. I was 40 miles from Sioux Falls and called my dealership in Lansing Ks to ask for the number of the nearest Dodge dealership. As a women, traveling alone, Billion was there when there when I needed them. Thank you Cheryl for directing me and helping me in a,stressful time, you went above and beyond directing me to the dealership. I arrived early in morning about 8:00 am. Jake was gathered at his desk with work orders galore and mechanics. I explained my situation and he had heard I was coming in. I explained a little of what I knew about the trouble message and he was kind enough to get my 2015 Dodge 2500 Diesel in right away. I felt safe and knew I would be okay no matter what. Thank you all Cheryl that talked to me and kept me safe on the road, and Jake and his team after arriving at Billion and a deep gratitude to the Diesel Mechanic who took care of "Ellie May" (that's her name) and had me back on the road with on an hour .I am so grateful for the people at Billion Dodge. Makes me wish I had them as my home town dealership. Highly recommended.

They did a WONDERFULL job cleaning my jeep!! It looked great and smelled good too!

JUST GOT BACK FROM VACATION 6 DAYS WITH GRANDKIDS IN THE BACK, NEEDED A WASH. LEFT ON MY LUNCH HOUR PAID 21.00 FOR THE WORST CAR CLEANING EVER! THEY DIDNT VACUUME WORTH SQUAT, THEY LEFT THE GARBAGE IN THE SIDE CARDOOR HOLDERS. THE INSIDE SIDE PANELS WERE STILL DIRTY. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR OVER BEFORE YOU LEAVE, THEY RAN ME THREW SO FAST THEY MISSED EVERY DETAIL. NEVER GOING BACK!

Horrible customer service. Drove car into shop knowing what was wrong with it. Went to pick up care after received a very high quote $400 more than a different shop in town and couldn't drive car away. Was adv since we didn't ask for a free quote for something we already knew was wrong there would be a $60 charge to get our keys back. Got the keys back and had to call a tow truck because the car could not be drivin away from the shop. Tried talking to the owner a Would not reccommend A Plus Auto Techs Inc to anyone!
