The guys at Knoxville Ultimate Automotive do fantastic work. They are honest about which repairs need to be done and which can wait. They never try to up sell useless services or anything your vehicle does not need. The Owner is ASE Master certified Technician and was among one of the top Honda technicians when he worked at the dealership. I would trust them to work on any of my cars and I recommend them to all my friends who have a Honda, Acura , Lexus, or Toyota. They even offer a free pre purchase inspection (by appointment) which is almost unheard of these days. Save the money and the hassle of the dealership and go see Ken and Steve. you wont be disappointed.

!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! In my honest opinion, this business and its owner are the epitome of what a shady businesses entails. I payed 200 dollars for a full window tint and received the the WORST workmanship I have ever seen in my many years dealing with automobiles. The finish cuts are jagged and light leaks from all around the tint from incomplete coverage. I took my automobile back in hopes of rectifying the problems and the owner basically told me I was wrong. Eventually I was able to convince him to fix a few of the errors, but upon receiving my vehicle, I seen he had taken tiny pieces of tint and filled in the mistakes with puzzle-like pieces. >>WARNING << He has an excuse for every complaint, and will not give refunds for his shoddy work. There are a lot of honest business out there who care about their customers and appreciates their business. Mr.Clean is NOT one of those businesses.

I have never in my life been so unbelievably impressed with an auto-dealer in my life. I have bought several cars in my life and have never been treated with such respect. Mark Shubert and his whole team were very courteous and did everything in their power to make sure I was well taken care or, both during the searching process and after I had purchased my vehicle. I will buy every car from them!!! You should too!!

I can't begin to say how wonderful these guys are...we had an employee with a broken serpentine belt on I-75 in the rain. Marty stopped what he was doing and went and got the belt we needed and delivered to my guy....when he didn't have the correct tools he took our truck back to his shop......got it right in and had him back on the road in no time. This is a business that I was were closer to us because I would definately use the for all my repair and maintence needs!! Thank you again

I was wrong. I posted the comment on Sept. 14 about putting a hole in my oil pan. they did put the tiny hole in the pan, just not the way I said. I apologize. the plate that reinforces the drain plug hole is attached by 3 spot welds. if you tighten the plug too hard, it breaks one of the welds and puts a hole in the pan. that is what happened. I have learned that happens to often with japanese cars. you have to use a new gasket EVERY time or it leaks.

This place needs to clean it up!! We with alot of other people on this lake think it is one of the most run down marinas they have ever saw. Poorly ran as we could tell the place has all kinds of old boats that don t run and no gates. no restuarant ,no ship store with anything in it . it won t stay open long running like that
