Most unethical business/person I have ever dealt with. Completely lied to my face. Bought a truck with what looked be a nice paint job and was told nothing was wrong with power train and there was a rust repair done to the floor boards. He said that he was a past mechanic teacher, and I trusted that this was true. Driving the vehicle home the truck would continuously over heat. I had to replace the water pump, worn out cam shaft and radiator. Now I finally got it running with out a misfire and overheating. Close to a year after I bought the truck there are rust parts showing through that "nice" paint job. This made me nervous enough to pull out the seats and carpet to check out the "repaired" floor pans. They covered huge rusted holes with a fiberglass patches. I am replacing the floor pans now and I had to cut more away than even the new floor pans will cover. If I wouldn't have looked and found it I probably would have rusted out the body supports in a couple years . Ridiculous. Have never dealt with anyone so unethical. In a year this would have be very dangerous. Don't even think about buying from this business...

I can't begin to say how wonderful these guys are...we had an employee with a broken serpentine belt on I-75 in the rain. Marty stopped what he was doing and went and got the belt we needed and delivered to my guy....when he didn't have the correct tools he took our truck back to his shop......got it right in and had him back on the road in no time. This is a business that I was were closer to us because I would definately use the for all my repair and maintence needs!! Thank you again

I have never in my life been so unbelievably impressed with an auto-dealer in my life. I have bought several cars in my life and have never been treated with such respect. Mark Shubert and his whole team were very courteous and did everything in their power to make sure I was well taken care or, both during the searching process and after I had purchased my vehicle. I will buy every car from them!!! You should too!!

This place needs to clean it up!! We with alot of other people on this lake think it is one of the most run down marinas they have ever saw. Poorly ran as we could tell the place has all kinds of old boats that don t run and no gates. no restuarant ,no ship store with anything in it . it won t stay open long running like that

I needed to have a piston removed from a connecting rod and a new piston put on. I had the parts and just needed someone to do the work. I called late on a Saturday and Jim (the owner) said he would wait for me to get there (which he did, he stayed at least 30 minutes late trying to help me). Once he started to look at what I had, he noticed that the connecting rod was bent (he was accurate, it was bent), he got on the phone and started calling around to locate another one. He found one at 1/3 the price that I could find one (he found it for $35.00 which included shipping I only found it for $116.00 which did not include shipping) and said he could have it delivered by Monday (which it was delivered by). He called me as soon as it was delivered and as soon as I got there with the other parts, he didn't make me wait, he put it together. When he told me the balance, it was for the part ONLY, he didn't charge me a dime for putting it together for me! When I reached into my purse to grab my checkbook, I realized it was missing, so I offered to pay with a debit card or credit card. Unfortunately, they don't accept them there, however, they didn't want to hold me up, so if you can believe this, in this day and age, they sent me on my way WITH the completed part and told me to mail them a check!!!! Not only did I find them to be honest, accurate, and affordable, I found them to be some of the friendliest folks around. While I waited for the part to be fixed, Jim had Biscut (his hound) show me her tricks (her Nascar trick was my favorite). I also had the pleasure of meeting Jim's father in-law (a real charmer). They have photos on the wall of some of the race cars that Jim has raced over the years (I found them interesting). These guys know their stuff, they have raced high performance cars for years and STILL do. Anything you need done, these guys are capable. Need a quality repair shop? Fred and his sons, are top shelf mechanics. I have know Fred for over 25 years, and from my point of view, I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Prices are always disclosed upfront, and they always try to save me money on the parts costs. They have worked on my vehicles numerous times, and I have never had a bad experience. We purchased an Aztek from the owner of Neal's. He was NOT TRUTHFUL and forthcoming in all that was wrong with the car. The day after purchasing it from him, cash deal, we found out that it has MAJOR transmission problems along with some other things that add up to a lot of money. My son-in-law is in the Marines and he and my daughter were looking for a safe dependable vehicle for her and their three children. This, Neal, runs an auto garage and HAD to be aware of all the things that were wrong with the car before he sold it to them. My son-in-law and daughter live on military salary which is not much, and yet this jerk took advantage of them and their desperate need for a car. He had told them even that the car in question had been his wifes daily driver. This guy was only interested in the money. He has no conscience, or he would NOT be able to deceive people in this way. The car has been in the shop since two days after purchase, and the costs to repair are really adding up. So far well over $1,500 and counting. DO NOT TRUST this guy!!!!!
