Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of receipt of purchase of the new catalytic converter they purchased for my car & instead sent my a copy of my receipt for payment. This more than proves they did not change my catalytic converter & they have not responded to the BBB, because they have no proof of purchase or the new c.c. serial number to compare to my old c.c. serial number! They were all trained by FireStone of Murfreesboro (including the owner, of which Noah whom they fired for telling people this fact!) which explains it all, they were taught how to rip customers off & over charge & immediately blame other parts going bad when the customer calls within warranty time frame to complain about the same issues!! Save your money & go to actual professionals!!! These boys are not professional nor do they do business as such!!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough ! The most caring and skilled people you can hope for, they went above the average level of service and more. You can trust your car to them and you'll be treated very well besides. They set the standard for this business.

A fantastic company. Very knowledgeable and detailed. They kept me informed on everything they did. When I went to pick my car up I had to wait about 30 minutes and they actually took some off my bill for having to wait! A very honest and friendly company. I highly recommend them.

I continue to have a great experience with the Little Brothers Shell station for repairs/maintenance on my Audi. All of the mechanics are easy to talk to and they work hard to provide great customer service. I will continue to take my car to Avery, Jeremy and the rest of the guys.

Took my 95 Civic to Bill's Import Clinic last week after driving past it for years on my way to other places. I had transmission trouble, and I bought a replacement transmission and had it installed for so cheap I felt kind of bad for the place. Anyway, I took my car in on a Thursday and got it back on a Friday, and it's worked great ever since. I'll be taking my car back there from here on out. Great work, incredible prices, and everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly.

I made the appointment, showed up to the place and no one was there... I waited thinking that they might have been running a bit late, then saw that there were no hours posted for Saturday. What a terrible waste of time.

This gets zero stars. First, they sell used tires that other reviews on google will tell you that the tires will blow after a day. I had 3 tires blow out onto the interstate and after less than a week had to pay to get firestone to look at them and tell me they were defective. This place will take your money and give you bad tires. The owner told my husband that it was his fault for buying used tires! This takes no accountability that they can sell a bad product while collecting a person's hard earned money! They took us for$160 and a week later I had to buy new ones elsewhere. My life was worth nothing to them(after3 different days of tires blowing on I-40). They have no refund policy and are crooks. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people!

had transmission replaced was not told that the hub cap had to be broken to get tire off never heard of that happaing.i was called the following monday and was asked if every thing was ok i then told service advisor about the hub cap being broken. the service advisor told me he would get me another hub cap for my altima three weeks go by call the service advisor on 12-21-12 at 8:30 am was told he would get back with me about the hub cap 3:00 rolls around still no phone call so i go to the service department talk to the serivice manager he said that i had to eat it becouse the stud had to be broken off. I WORK IN THE SERVICE IND IF U BRAKE SOMETHING U REPLACE IT .I will not be returning to this service department for anymore service and will let ever one i know not to go ther eather thanks BILLY THOMAS 615-243-8409

I also went to Riverside Auto... Dealt with Mr.Jon Thalor who called me 3 times to tell me I was approved by the bank and that he had 45 banks to work with, called me again first thing Saturday morning to see when I would be there. I was then told the car I was origionally interested in was not avail to me according Mr. Thalor. But he could finance me for a certain amount and I WAS APPROVED BY THE BANK. He kept forcing a car on me that I was not interested in and I asked for another car in the price range and he basicly told me that car WAS my only option. Upon test driving the car just a few miles down the road it ran out of gas. Who lets a car off there lot with out gas? I had advised him I thought the tires were bad and he shook it off. I ended up taken the car which had a blow out the same day and while being helped by a friend it was discovred there was no spare tire on the car and the tire that blew was not even the correct size and did not match the other three in size. NOT SAFE! HELLO what if My son was in the car???? And a accident would have occured? The 3rd day I had the car it was breaking down and I was advised to take it to their mechanic. I have no idea if the problem was fixed or just adjusted to make it run. Next Morning I get a call from Mr. Thalor asked me for a few more Thousand down, and now the bank won't finance me, and if I could not bring a few thousand more, to them I was to return the car. I called Riverside Auto to advise them I was leaving work 5 hours early to accomidate them and was advised they would be open till 7pm. I arrived at 6:25pm and guess what. No one to be found and building locked up. I think YOU MR. Owner are writing the fake good reviews..... You are a shotty business with a bad reputation which I found out later, You take advantage of people and send them on there way in dangerous unsafe cars with liars misinforming unsuspecting people into your midst. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND YOU OR YOUR COMPANY! I WILL INSTEAD M

I went in to get my oil change and they ended up taking my door off!!! Somehow they were messing around with my car, rolled the window down and got it stuck!! It won't even roll back up now. And then they had the nerve to say they would fix it for $200+ when THEY BROKE IT!!! I will never go back here and I recommend for everyone to STAY AWAY!!!! They are the company you hear about that will mess with your car just so they have business. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN OIL CHANGE and now I'm faced with bigger problems!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
