I don't know if this is where I post a review for a auto purchase... but just wanted to share my experience with them. They provided me financing when no one else would. I was in and out of the dealership in no time! I will never dread buying a used car again...because I am going right back to them!

Please take your car somewhere else! Larry Duncan and his crew are a bunch of con-artist. They doubled the price they quoted me for transmission repai. I paid for a lifetime warranty and my transmission started to slip again, 3 months later. I went to the shop, so they could look at my car and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I should have done my due diligence, however the business was operating under a different name. I would give them negative stars of I could (-5) stars.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.

Very good service with great employees. I went there and usually had bad experience because of Carlos but I went last month and they told me they had new management!

These people are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell junk and they are a buyer beware dealership. STAY AWAY. If it were 5 years earlier the elder man would not have made this deal... He would have known better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold a 75 year old man a 2500 car for over 7,000. They sold it knowing it was a repo waiting to happen. They man has terminal cancer, Dementia and is Diabetic. The man can barely walk but yet they had no problem duping him in to a 350 a month car payment. His only source of income is his 1069.00 SS check. With the car payment and insurance he does not have enough money to buy food. I explained this to them and would not void the contract. They just said turn the car back in and they would not ding his credit. LMAO. He is 75 does not have a clue what day of the week it is much less make a sound financial decision. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Workers are rude and very unprofessional. One in particular (the manager).

Mailed a check on Friday (1st). Talked with Candy on Saturday (2nd) and made her aware that check was in the mail. She said that was fine and that I could pick up my tags Monday or Tuesday once they received they payment. Stayed in on Monday, walked out Tuesday morning only to find my car gone. Called the dealer to find out they had towed it Monday afternoon. Turns out, Miss Candy hadn't felt the need to update my account notes when she talked to me. Even though I had made them aware of the payment, and Miss Candy had said everything was fine, and they did receive the payment, I was still forced to pay $200 of the $400 repo fee. And that's not even the end of it. Went in a few days later to pick up my car. When I opened the door, the passenger seat was leaned back, my c.d.'s were thrown around on the floor board, there were candy wrappers all over, and my GPS unit was nowhere to be found. When I went in to ask about this, the two females were too busy on their lunch to simply get me the number for the tow company. Not too busy however to talk about how it was my fault. I have 18 more payments on this car before I drop them. Stay clear of this dealership. Shady, shady, shady.
