By far the best service that I have received. I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! AND his prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and franchises. We wont go anywhere else from now on. We have our family mechanic for life. If you need ANYTHING involving AC for your car, do not call anyone else but Bill. He will take GREAT care of you. THANK YOU, BILL!!!

I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.

Do Not Go Here!!!! I went in after having my car diagnosed with the dealership and one other shop. I was just looking for an estimate as I was calling local shops. I needed an evaporator core for the air conditioner. Aamco would not give me an estimate. Said they had to see the car and that they had a special machine that could detect the coolant leak. I was desparate not to have to pay the $1500 the dealership wanted so agreed to let them look at it. They said it needed two new valves for $300. Great, Right! Yes, until the next day when there was no air conditioning again. I called them back and now they said it would cost as much as the dealership's discounted rate to fix the car but they would do me a favor and take a cut on labor to get it down to $975 for me. Wow, their cut was higher than any other local shop except the dealership. So now I have to pay to get the part fixed that I needed fixed and this shop scammed me out of an additional $300 on top of that. Do Not Go Here! They want to look like they are doing you a favor and saving you money but in the end they are going to get your money.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... Use extreme caution before purchase of the extended warranty from The Car Guy is a SCAM on priceing and coverage with hidden not covered items not mentioned
