You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I moved to Cleburne over seven years ago. Not too long after coming to town, I needed some work done on a vehicle. I asked around and several folks recommended I go to John's Auto. Since then I've been back several times for different reasons because I drive older vehicles. They have always treated me fairly, and there haven't been any surprises. Once he told me what my problem was and suggested I might fix it myself more cheaply. The last time I was there the final bill was actually LOWER than the price I authorized over the phone. They stay busy, so sometimes I have to wait a day or so, but they always take good care of me.

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. I bought a used sports car from this place which I had thought was in good condition. I thought I had done enough research but I was wrong. I gave them my jeep wrangler which had a new engine and they gave me 1000 dollars for a trade in. I drove it home and the car sat for 2 days while I was at work and when I returned home the car went downhill FAST. I tried to call la motorcars and they just blew me off, acting like it was my fault. I decided to take it to a dealership to get it looked at because it became undrivable, smoking all over the place, after only a few days. The dealership said the engine was shot and clearly happened a long time ago. I emailed him and he called me a typical American that was looking for a handout and he would send me 1000 to help out because he felt sorry for me. The engine is going to cost 8000 so I thought this was crazy. These people are not good people and take advantage of customers that may not be as knowledgable about cars. Stay far away from this place!!!!

My new car which was purchased from Town North Mazda and only has 7000 miles on it has a bald tire from a pull to the right both of which I am told are normal. I picked up the car 3 days later and my clutch was burned up. I had it towed back immediately and they stated they did nothing to my car. The cars clutch was fine when we dropped it off. I have left messages with the GM and no response as well as Mazda USA. I would definetly not recommend this dealership or service department.

These guys are very scarey to work with. They are unprofessional and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. They tell you they have a clear title to sell the car then you find out that is not true. Buyers BEWARE !

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need ....
