I'm not sure what the previous person experienced but Joe is a great guy! As a shop owner, he sometimes have to tell the customer what he/she may not want to hear. He works hard to keep cost low for his customers. His employees, Trish, Mike, Tony and Anthony all work really hard as well. They know who you are and treat you like family. It's certainly the place where everybody knows your name. I've been getting my car serviced at German Motor Works for the past 3 years' and only paid too much once. The reason for that mishap was that I decided to bring my car elsewhere because of convenience. Needless to say, I've never done that again. I plan to get my car serviced with Joe as long as I continue to own this car. If you want fair and affordable pricing, knowledgeable and caring mechanics, and honest estimates, always remember German Motor Works in Richardson, TX for your German made car.

I took my corolla in for a low speed fender bender. Got three estimates all quoted about one week of repair. Toyota of Richard has my car for four weeks. Have to ask the redo the dent and paint due to poor work quality. It took another three days. The pin stripes are peeling off now. Dont take your car here. Poor service also.

My new car which was purchased from Town North Mazda and only has 7000 miles on it has a bald tire from a pull to the right both of which I am told are normal. I picked up the car 3 days later and my clutch was burned up. I had it towed back immediately and they stated they did nothing to my car. The cars clutch was fine when we dropped it off. I have left messages with the GM and no response as well as Mazda USA. I would definetly not recommend this dealership or service department.

I bought a used sports car from this place which I had thought was in good condition. I thought I had done enough research but I was wrong. I gave them my jeep wrangler which had a new engine and they gave me 1000 dollars for a trade in. I drove it home and the car sat for 2 days while I was at work and when I returned home the car went downhill FAST. I tried to call la motorcars and they just blew me off, acting like it was my fault. I decided to take it to a dealership to get it looked at because it became undrivable, smoking all over the place, after only a few days. The dealership said the engine was shot and clearly happened a long time ago. I emailed him and he called me a typical American that was looking for a handout and he would send me 1000 to help out because he felt sorry for me. The engine is going to cost 8000 so I thought this was crazy. These people are not good people and take advantage of customers that may not be as knowledgable about cars. Stay far away from this place!!!!

I recently purchased a car from them and I was told by the owner Blanca that she doesn't sell bad cars to people because she is s Christian woman. I have only Hadley car 2 days out of 2 weeks because the first time the engine needed work and a new compressor. I took it to get an oil change Andy mechanic said DO NOT buy this car! The radiator was leaking and there were more than one oil leaks. We were standing there with the car off and the oil was dropping g non stop. They picked up my car and Lent me a car that she said was reliable because they had just did work on it. The next day the car didn't want to turn on. I had to keep turning the ignition and press on the gas for about ten minutes before it started. Then the car starts over heating and the heater doesn't want to work. I call her and she assures me that my car would be ready this afternoon. She never called and never answered my calls.

By far the best service that I have received. I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! AND his prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and franchises. We wont go anywhere else from now on. We have our family mechanic for life. I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.
