Auto repair service near Granbury, TX

Brought my 2004 Dodge truck in for first 500 mile checkup and oil change on the new engine Rick's installed. They did a magnificent job and the new engine runs beautifully!! Now my old truck is back on the road with a smile on my face! -Howard Trice

These people are honest, and that seems to be rare with car repair these days. They fixed a stalling problem with my Mom's car, very fair price. I even took my Jeep in with a strange noise, they diagnosed it, and we determined that I could go without the repair for a while. They could have really said anything, I would not have known, but they were honest, and for that, I am loyal. Oh, and they put some fluid in that I really needed, charged me @15.00 for the whole thing. They are the best!

I am a former manager of this place. Myself along with 6 other employees have quit due to the lack of respect, James has for employees and customers, and the lack of knowledge for his own store. I worked a few weeks straight, 12 hour days with NO break and cursed at me in Lebanese when I told him I needed a day off to rest. I personally called the cops (WHD recommended) to be escorted to receive my paycheck because he has withheld it. He made the cop issue me a criminal trespass warning, he has made my life a living nightmare. I have contacted the BBB, WHD, Workforce Commissions, and a lawyer. There is fraud, and health and safety violations issues that I am trying to report. I am posting on this site because this needs to be seen by others. He over taxes people on EVERYTHING. He will charge 1.50 for water in this hot Texas weather. It might be hear-say but employees have told me he steals from the registers. DO NOT eat the fried pies, that pie shop is something I've never seen before, I would not eat anything from that shop even if it was the last place on earth! The cooler is leaking water all over the product he sells. There is sitting water in the fridge in the pie shop where he stores the food. Does not provide gloves for the employees to make the pies. There are no dates on the containers. If anything, you could be eating a 3 month old pie. James is too involved in his Weatherford store, to care about this one. He treats woman like they are dirt, he treats his employees like they are dirt. I want this to be shared, this man is cruel and his store is in bad shape. Save your time, and stop at another gas station that wont rip you off and you will be treated properly as a customer.

Oh my goodness, where to begin! This business is the best! Dave, wife and his staff are the friendliest and most helpful people we have had the privilege of meeting in a long time. They are down to earth and extremely trustworthy. We traveled from Odessa, Texas to Joshua, Texas to pick up a used travel trailer for a good friend. We spent the night in Weatherford, because it was late at night and the wheel bearings on the trailer seemed to be getting hot. We telephoned several major companies and they did not service travel trailer tire wheel bearings. To our benefit we found Rydbeck Trailer Sales, LLC on the internet through searching for trailer service businesses. We called early in the morning and even though they were backed up, they worked us in. All four trailer tires were dry as a bone and the seals were of no use. We got all four wheel bearings packed and four seals replaced. They were very affordable and worked quickly to get us back on the road. We definitely had God's traveling mercies with us and we feel we were led to these wonderful people, not by chance, but by divine intervention. Have faith and God will provide. We cringe to think what could have happened down the road, if it had not been the possibility of getting this accomplished, before we headed home. We did make it to Odessa safely. We highly recommend this business and will tell all of our friends and family. I hope that the town of Weatherford realizes what an asset they have in their area! I moved to Cleburne over seven years ago. Not too long after coming to town, I needed some work done on a vehicle. I asked around and several folks recommended I go to John's Auto. Since then I've been back several times for different reasons because I drive older vehicles. They have always treated me fairly, and there haven't been any surprises. Once he told me what my problem was and suggested I might fix it myself more cheaply. The last time I was there the final bill was actually LOWER than the price I authorized over the phone. They stay busy, so sometimes I have to wait a day or so, but they always take good care of me.

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!
