Craig always does a great job. He is the only person I let work on my cars. I live in GP, but don't hesitate to drive out to HEB for Bevil Automotive. Very knowledgeable and great service. Prices are very reasonable. Quickly performs work right. No complaints.

The service at Loeffler's is great as always. Josef and Joel are always top-notch and responsive to the care and feeding of my older 190E.

Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I had a hood repainted on a 2005 Ford Expedition due to lost of the clear coat and paint. Being an older car, I was worried about matching the color, I needed not worry, it's a great match and a professional job. I tell my grandkids, "Look at my new car!" I purchased a used 2006 Range Rover from Hamdy the onwer on eBay.I live in FL. Car looked great in photos and listing. Talked to Hamdy he said everything worked great on car, no issues. Purchased car and had LemonSquad inspect it. Hamdy must have paid off the inspector to give me a decent report as none of these obvious flaws were mentioned. Immediately upon delivery by driver that Budget Motors hired I found lots of issues with the car. The engine would not idle, needed full tuneup/throttle body service $1,000. AC compressor was broken, mechanic advised that seller overfilled Freon to try and hide problem $1,800 repair. Brake rotors are severely warped, there was a bolt stuck in the front tire. There was also extensive body damage, deep scratches and scars from minor accidents that he tried to fix with touchup paint. None of this was disclosed to me. Several other issues including blown speakers, glovebox broken, etc. I asked Hamdy in writing to reimburse me for repairs several times over the last 2 weeks before leaving this feedback and he would not even give me the decency of a response. I would not trust these people as far as i can throw a stick. I would be willing to go into more detail to anyone who wants to know about his shady practices of selling cars out of state.

I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.
