Consumer Alert. Buyer Beware. Tiffany had a positive experience with Good Ol Days Garage. But I had a terrible experience with Tommy Eure and Good Ol Days Garage. Others have had bad experiences with Tommy Eure and his shop. So read all the reviews and draw your own conclusions. Apparently he is now having customers write positive reviews about his shop since he has received numerous complaints and bad press. Ask Tommy Eure this simple question: Are you able to fix the brakes on Tiffany's car when you have admitted that your last training certificate was at least a decade ago? Why do you have complaints. Why did you not try to work with previous customers to negate any bad reviews. Why were you caught allegely lying about a car part you kept from a customer and in the presence of Ingram law officials. The more I read about Tommy Eure and his shop, the more questions are raised. What's up with this guy?

Paul's Auto Body & Paint total professionals above and beyond any other body shop from our experience "Excellent" customer satisfaction and "Excellent" workmanship. I know my wife was difficult to deal with concerning her vehicle but you guys dealt with her in a most professional manner you all kept cool ,calm, and collective. My hats off to you guys very difficult to find that type of service anymore we were impressed and should the occasion arise we will return to Paul's Auto Body & Paint for all our auto body & paint needs.

Took my Honda Odyssey in because the AC stopped working. Figured it would end up costing $800 or so. Got a call the next day and was told by Doc that all it happened to be was a bad relay. Total cost was $47. It's great to find an honest mechanic.

BUYER BEWARE My mother's SUV was having problems shifting into 2nd gear. She called Chassis by Zach and they told her a price of $99 for an evaluation of the transmission. After the evaluation was complete she was handed an invoice of $270. Of course she was prepared only to hand over $99. They have since refused to release her SUV and are threatening to place a lien on the auto. They never once explained before proceeding with the evaluation that the cost would actually be $270. We are now filing a claim with small claims court and hopefully making others aware of their shady practice.

Asked one of the two mechanics to please get the glue off the windshield of my 2011 Chev. Cruz before applying the other sticker. The mechanic stopped as he was walking from the office to the bay, turned and gave a look before storming off. I advised the other mechanic that I was going next door to the Sonic for a tea and would be right back. Five minutes later I returned. At this time the first mechanic had a grin and stated the vehicle did not pass inspection because it was 20% and the law was 25%. It should be noted the vehicle had legal tint from the dealer. I argued to no avail. I advised them I was never coming back. I was told by the first mechanic, "Good, I won't have to deal with the headache." All this, because I asked him to do a good job for a service I was paying for. Don't go there.

I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.
