Auto repair service near Liberty, TX

Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

I have used Jerry's Auto several times, they always do a great job. They stand behind their work. The one time I had to return my truck they made the repair at no charge. Their shop area is always clean and so is the outside. Not a bunch of cars sitting around in various stages of disrepair. They are very quick,usually able to do the job in one day. They have always called with a price quote prior to beginning work. The price has always been the same or lower when picking up my truck! I would highly recommend Jerry's.

My family and I have used low cost automotive service for years and it found them to be fair market value priced and extremely honest. They're diagnostics have been spot on, in one event they missed the diagnosis made a repair but then make good on the repair with the correct diagnosis at no cost to me. I've had an alternator replaced on a 2007 vehicle unfortunately I've gotten manufactured defects on an alternator two times back to back and low cost automotive not only that the manufacturer to warranty the alternator but to my surprise and delight low cost automotive stood good on the warranty in regards to the labor. Fair market prices along with honesty goes a long way with me and my family of 25. Thank you see some Cecil McCrary & Iow Cost Automotive Repair... 5 Star business

I was very depressed and asked if I could go through my truck to get some work stuff. He said OK. As I was sitting there I noticed the install manual for my tuner. I read the directions and began following the upload instructions and guess what, my truck cranked right up. They had not installed the program. I told the Dealership Service Manager and he said they had not touched it and I could take it. So, I drove my truck home. I spoke to Discount the next day and told them I would be by to discuss my bill. I met the owner at Discount and he gave me a bill for over 550 dollars. He had charged me for 6.875 hours!!!!! Discount had my truck for over 48 hours and didn't fix or finish the install. In addition most of what was installed was incorrect and I had to have redone. When I told the owner it was excessive, he said that was the recommended install time from his expert. He insisted we call his expert so I could see that was a fair price. On the speaker phone his expert (the same guy I bought my equipment from.. lol) told us it should take approx 2.5 to 3 hrs for someone who is not mechanically inclined to complete, about 1.5 to 2 hours for a shade tree mechanic to finish and .5 to 1.5 for a good mechanic or someone who does installs everyday. I told the owner I would pay what we agreed upon before I had brought my truck in, 3 hrs. This was and is way more than what "his" expert said it should have taken. The owner said I was to pay the full bill or he was going to call the cops. I told him I would wait right here. The owner said no I had to leave. 2 hours later cops called me, I told them the story, and they said it was a civil matter. I recommend you do not use this company. There are several other options in Crosby that even the worst would be 100 times better than Discount Car Wash. FYI my truck is running great. I have increased from 13.4 MPG to 16.2 in less than 5 days and expect more.. Good luck, Ryan

Consistently great work Over the years we had three different vehicles repaired at A+ Transmissions in Kingwood. The professionalism and quality of the work has always been A+. This is a good local shop where the customer is always king.I recommend that go see them if you need transmission work.

When it comes to car care, "trust" is a hard thing to come by. But with Dan and his team at Kingwood Service Center, you can be sure that you're being treated right. They do great work at reasonable costs. I always recommend them to everyone I meet. They're honest, solid, hard-working guys... and they're a rare breed in an industry fraught with dishonesty and untrustworthiness. If you need anything done on your auto, this is the place you should go, without a doubt.

I went to Hallmark car wash to get a Vip wash and as I pull up the sales person comes up to me and takes a look at my windshield and I had 3 rock ships, I was like “ No I don’t” she tells me that they had a promotion going on where you get a FREE wash if you get a windshield repair, that’s amazing not only that but my insurance covered the 3 chip repairs plus they did and amazing job.

Smoothest transaction I have ever done. Car was everything they said and more!

Automotive Care Specialist were very quick, clean and professional. I will go back to them when I have over repair needs.
