Auto repair service near Ponder, TX

I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. They always give me honest and fair advice; their prices are great; and they even helped me when I had to see my car. I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Jeff and Michael are the best. As a single woman, I feel like I can put my trust in them.

Best way to maintain your BMW in all of DFW! DFW Bimmer is easy to get to from anywhere in the metroplex. Jesse makes time to see your vehicle the same day that you call. He is friendly and honest and gets the job done right! Albert is welcoming to all of their customers. They communicate the necessary repairs and give options to suit your budget. Very good service with great employees. I went there and usually had bad experience because of Carlos but I went last month and they told me they had new management!

These people are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell junk and they are a buyer beware dealership. STAY AWAY. If it were 5 years earlier the elder man would not have made this deal... He would have known better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold a 75 year old man a 2500 car for over 7,000. They sold it knowing it was a repo waiting to happen. They man has terminal cancer, Dementia and is Diabetic. The man can barely walk but yet they had no problem duping him in to a 350 a month car payment. His only source of income is his 1069.00 SS check. With the car payment and insurance he does not have enough money to buy food. I explained this to them and would not void the contract. They just said turn the car back in and they would not ding his credit. LMAO. He is 75 does not have a clue what day of the week it is much less make a sound financial decision. You should be ashamed of yourself!
