My skid control light came on on my 2014 Mercedes. Did not want to go to the Dealer so the local auto parts store in Webster recommended Gulf Coast Auto. I called them and scheduled an appointment, Wow nice shop, good crew and no run-around. Turns out wit was no biggy, in and out in less then a day for a fair price.

Service was completed, but 10 months later service lights were on again. I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!

Mr. chad is a wonderful person with great customer service skills and very knowledgeable about cars and mechanics. he not only provided me timely service but also quality oem parts and very reasonable price. I couldnt be more happier and satisfied. Thank you

Stay away! Unhelpful staff. Bad business ethics. Cars & Trucks leave lot unable to pass state inspection! Buyer Beware!!!
