Auto repair service near Sinton, TX

The rear door on the cap was twisted and bent beyond repair. The cap was pushed down and out on the pick-up truck's bed rails. It looked as if the whole cap would have to be replaced. Paul took a look, located a new rear door, took out the damaged rear door, fixed the cap, installed the new door and it looks like new, a job only a master mechanic could have done and Paul did it with expertise. He is an amazing and talented guy and even though his primary business is the sale and expert installation of pick-up truck caps what he accomplished on my pick-up was just short of a miracle. The park has gone into a uncontrolled tailspin!! Street people wandering through the park at night hence there is some theft Water is shut off with out notice! Washrooms and shower are not clean. The street people sleep in them at night. Moving out!

Ron Hoover RV and Marine Center - Rockport, Texas *** Avoid at all costs *** Bought a new Travel Trailer from Ron Hoover RV and Marine Center. First weekend we noticed that there a few things wrong including a couple of water leaks. Called Lori at service to make an appointment for service, then took it in for warranty work. After 2 more time, they have still not fixed the water leak, lost paperwork, rude comment and/or just poor customer service from Lori the Server Mgr. She never returns calls, one else there is allowed to make service appt or write ups there either. This is the worst run Dealer i've ever been to in 20yrs to get any server work done at. Had to call Heartland RV to get their help in getting out Travel Trailer Fixed at another dealer.

This company should not be in business,I've been dealing with them since June.I call there to get updates as to whats going on with my water heater and always the same thing I'm trying to get ahold of this one and that one.Have asked many times for the paperwork on this supposedly new unit which action says is new who knows I can't get the paperwork from them.He originally sent a tech to fix my other unit which was only 2 years old and his tech did something that caused the wires to fuse together and burn up,could of burnt my RV down.So he buys a new one supposedly and it's never worked either.The last time I actually spoke to the owner which was on July 31rst,I was and am so frustrated now and tired of having to chase them down because they don't return calls that's Jeannine ...she may talk to me but has no info worth passing on always says when I know something I'll call hmmmm....well no calls....I did get a call from the owner in fact he left a message telling me to stick the hot water heater up my ass...quote unquote...I repeat don't ever do business with these people unprofessional and just not worth all this aggravation...so I will let small claims court handle this problem,I'm done with being nice now.....Will have someone who knows what their doing look at it Monday morning.

My RV trailer was stored there as it was covered and had two gates that were to be locked. I went there on October 25th and my RV was stolen. I reported to the police. Adam Nesloney, the owner, claimed he was not responsible for security. I was told by local residents the gates were open much of the time. I would not store anything here. Not even security cameras, as cheap as they are to have. Very disappointed.
