i have called a couple of times to make a pyment over the phone and i have never experience the worst customer care there is. This lady who answers the phone has no phone ettiques at all. Becasue of her attitude towards the customer i will never recommend this service to no one. Maybe she needs to get her feet on the ground and appreciate she has a job becasue of us the customers. Unfortunately I don't know her name therefore I cannot say her name out loud so that every customer could beware. It's a shame to have someone greet customers like that.

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!! DO NOT GO THERE! I have two bad experiences here. 1ST time it was my brakes I had to change for my cars. They had me pay more than any other place and at the time I was new to the area and was not aware of local mechanics. The customer service horrible too especially when you ask them questions on what exactly there charging for. 2ND time it was to change my inspection stickers for my vehicle. They ended by doing the test and failing me due to my emergency hand brake not working properly and mind you this is vehicle I bought brand new and had only 40,100 miles. They ended up making me pay for the inspection though I failed and said it was Texas law due to my stickers being expired at that moment. Later to fix my brake issue I took it to the dealer "Frank Smith Toyota" because "Superior oil express" gave me a quote for 250+ $. The dealer checked my car and told me the car had no emergency brake problem and also passed my inspection. I DESCIDED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW TO INFORM OTHERS.

Worst mistake!!! Regardless of the lowest price he gives you, he will add more repairs at the end. Then he will avoid your phone calls.
