Sean came to replace a fuel Pump (that we provided). He gave me a quote of $330 and 3hr job. After a couple hrs. he came to me and said he couldn't get the ring off even after buying a specialty part. He then told me he had to buy a new ring. Two weeks later he came back and after I think another 3 hrs. he charged me $169. He then said you have an exhaust leak to which I said I know. Then he said "It would've been nice to know it had a full tank of gas". Does he think since he was here the first time I went and filled it? A few days later we took to get the exhaust leak when they put it up on the rack they said "did someone work on this recently?" They showed me he didn't bolt on on of the tank straps, left 2 hoses unconnected and the ring was all buggered up and had a hole gas was leaking out. So it was clear to me he put on the old ring. When I called him he said "we can cover it under warranty and said " I put it on hand tight and I have video of it." I said I was under the van and had pictures which I sent him. He set an appt for Dec 23 haven't seen or heard him since. He seems like nice guy but I would never trust him to touch my cars ever again.

Thankfully I am one of the lucky ones that did NOT end up buying a car from Innovative Motors in Lindon. We had a purchase agreement written up and were at the bank getting the check when they sold the vehicle we thought was ours. A simple phone call would've saved us a lot of hassle. Their explanation when we showed up with check in hand is that they were "Frustrated" with us since admittedly we took the time to have our mechanic look the vehicle over before we made our decision. They were so nice to begin with and then such creeps..so glad I don't have to deal with them any further, I can't imagine if there were warranty issues. I should thank them, they saved us a lot of stress I'm sure with their rust laden cars they buy from back east.

AWEFUL. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The windows on my car did not come tinted and I was told to tint them afterwards for less than $100. A few months later, after a small altercation with a construction cone, I needed to get a side mirror replaced. I called the service center and asked for quotes on the mirror and the tinting. I was told the mirror would be $199 plus $30 labor and that the tinting would be $60 and they would not charge any additional labor. I dropped off the car on a Friday morning after being told it would take a day to get the work done. They were unable to show me examples of tinting and I knew nothing about it. I said that I DIDN'T want it too dark, I just wanted a little tint. I went out of town and got permission to leave the car over the weekend. When I called them on Monday, I found out that the tinting nor mirror had NOT been done. It took them two more days to get it done. Durring that time, I called in 2 times a day, always being told it was almost ready, which made it impossible to plan around. I basically had to call family and friends last minute for rides to and from work, social and church responsibilities. Then, when I picked up my car on Wednesday, the tinting was almost pitch black!! I found out it was one level away from the darkest legal level for tinting. A level that had to be special requested. I complained, had to wait another hour to see a manager. He said they would fix it free of charge, but that they could not do it for another week. Before leaving, I paid for the mirror and tinting work. The bill came to $300. I was just happy to get out. I made an appointment and took the car in again to fix the tinting. What I had been told would only take a day to fix ended up taking over two days to get done. Again with the same back and forth and the same promises that I would get a loner car. The same scrambling for rides and being stranded places. I finally got the car and it looked good. Now, two
