Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

Friendly owner, polite and knowledgeable. Had spoken to Ray Drowne(owner) prior to going there and he assured me that the inspection would be handled correctly and with as little wait time as possible. That is exactly what took place. He even checked out a tail light that seemed to have a short at no charge (it was only a dirty connection and was fixed). I will use their services again if needed and recommend them to others.

They did do a wonderful job on my car how ever he is very unprofessional with the time that it should be finished in paperwork also DO NOT trust him with any money he will charge you more then what the job really is. Just be mindful when working with him because he is a fraud!!!!

This is my regular mechanic now. I took my car for an oil change and annual inspection, also needed a couple of things checked out because they weren't working properly. I made an appointment for 7 AM so I could wait for my car. I paid less for my total bill (including the state inspection fee) than I used to pay for an oil change alone. My Acura takes between 4 and 5 quarts of oil, they charged for 4 where I used to go always charged for me for 5 quarts. The two things I had them check ended up being easy fixes (for them) so they didn't charge me to fix them. I was out and on my way in an hour. The people there are friendly and honest. Can't ask for more. They're 5 minutes from my house but I'd go out of my way to have them service my car. I'd give the 10 stars if I could.
