I am a single mama with three daughters so money is tight, and I depend on my car greatly! This is the second time I have used Lloyd's Automotive and again I walked away completely impressed. Both times they made me feel like a priority in that they got my car fixed and on the road quickly. The employees also made sure I understood what the problem was and answered all of my questions. Their prices were more then fair (I called around) and they were extremely professional and friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

They professionally figure out and detect the cause of the dashboard alarm Now my 2001 Saturn car runs smoothly and makes me feel safe in driving it without getting it break down on the road on my way for any appointments. Thank you for keeping our cars in good running reliable condition although our cars are over 17 years old and 23 years old and approaching their 200,000 miles on their service years. You surely saves us a lot with your reasonable cost and your honesty in just fixing and repairing what is just needed. Lex and Marvin are the most honest mechanics in the greater Spokane area, don't let the tiny shop fool you, these two can fix most anything, and "won't fix it unless it's broke", I take both my rigs in for regular maintenance and repairs, and have been very happy with their services for the last several years that I've been going there. Honest work, honest prices, and great deals on tires, they beat Costco prices for quality and service. They keep my rolling.

been going to these guys forever, they are honest and don't treat women like idiots; I thought I had a blown head gasket at one point and they could have gone with it to nail me for over a thousand bucks but they told me to go to Napa and grab this $3 filter and that was all it was!

The shop did excelent work in replaceing the top on my t-birds. This is the second top they have replaced on my cars. I shipped the second t-bird up from Pennsilavana for the shop to replace the top which was messed up on installation in Pa. The owner takes a lot of pride in making sure their work is done correctly

I HIGHLY recommend Bob’s Service Center to anyone in and out of the Spokane area! I live 80 miles away and readily take my vehicles (even once via tow truck) to Bob’s, because I know I get honest and reasonable estimates/billing and top-notch work done on my vehicles. The general manager, Thomas, regularly goes above and beyond what one would expect from a typical service provider, and I believe he hires staff sharing not only his concern for others, but who also have the integrity and desire to provide quality work. The feeling of being viewed as a fellow human being (and far more than just means to a paycheck), as well as the fact that the people at Bob’s keep my vehicles in excellent condition, have earned them my complete trust and loyalty.

Honest, very knowlegable, friendly, fair prices (more than some but less expensive than most). I have old cars- '91 Alfa Romeo and '92 Acura(with 240k miles!!)- both are quite reliable thanks to Corsmith.

Great local automotive shop that I believe can handle all your automotive needs. Cory has a good business plan and does not pressure his customers into repairs. He services your vehicles and will let you know what other work he recommends be done. I personally like knowing what work might be needed, either immediately or in the future so I can better plan my upcoming expenses. I am a confirmed customer who will have all my vehicles maintained at Save More Automotive.

Spokane Diesel Pump Repair Inc did a terrific job rebuilding the injection pump on my 1983 Toyota Diesel Pickup! It used to leak really badly from the low sulfur diesel sold at the pumps, and Spokane Diesel replaced the seals and fixed the leaks for a remarkably reasonable price, and recommended and stock the right additive to prevent leaks down the road. I'd highly recommend Spokane Diesel Pump repair, they also installed a much-needed glow plug, and the pickup is much better off for it.

Friendly service with no hard and pushy sales pitch. Look forward to returning for any future automotive and tire needs for my car.

The best experience I have had in 20 years, after we bought the car I shipped it to Portugal and we have been driving it for the past two years, it is in fantastic condition because they sell quality used cars. I am in the military serving at a NATO command. We needed a excellent used car to take overseas and Steve made it happen. I highly recommend them and I will continue to buy my cars from them. The Bakshi family are very hard workers. They own 3 gas stations which are very well maintained. I've known one of the family members for 5 years and have never seen or heard them slip in their business.

Do not have your car/truck worked on at the Pines and Mission shop, for one thing the C-Store is disgusting and the bathrooms are nasty, my car was towed into their shop and kept for a week to just have me come and pick it up and that same day my car died and had to be towed again, it turned out to be what I had thought it was, and over 700$ for a battery and two tows and a altornater

have had the same experience with this shop they gave me a quote to rebuild a engine and a time of when it was supposed to be done. it took them 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks to finish the job and the price was hundreds of dollars more then he said it would be and he never told me why it was more I will not recommend him to anyone and I advice everyone to stay away from him because he is a thieve
