Auto repair service near Oak Creek, WI

I have nothing positive to say about this dealership. The sales man Jeff is untrained and unhelpful. He told me a handful of times that he is new and not really sure how things work. He promised me a lot of things and then did not come through. Also the day i picked it up he acted like he did me a favor by putting 1/8 tank of gas in it for me. They sold the f150 to me with the 4wd not working and then fought with me due to it not being covered under the warranty. I ended up going through Bouche Chevy of Waukesha because they were the only ones who would work with me, and took care of everything perfectly. Then the sales Manager of Lincoln Mercury made sure that he told me "this would never happen again". As if i was in the wrong and it was my fault. I now have more issues with the truck (front end noise) and dread the fact of having to bring it back to them. I highly recommend you do not deal with these "salesmen" and their "Managers" and take your money and business elsewhere. An Unhappy Customer

I took car in to be repaired on the morning of Friday September 8, 2017, to get my thermostat and radiator replaced. I pick my car up later that evening, drove home, parked car until the next day. September 9, 2017, while I was driving my car, The engine light came on inside my vehicle and you start to drive a little funny so I took my car home waited until Monday to take my car back to the shop by that time my car overheated, The motor seized up and my head gasket was blown. The antifreeze that they put in my car leaked out and that's what caused the problem because it didn't have no coolant and they are trying to blame me for what had happened to my car. My car has never overheated before and that was the reason I bought in for. This company refuse to give me my old car parts or try to fix what they didn't.

BEWARE!!!! THIS SHOP WILL TRY AND SELL YOU PARTS YOU DONT NEED!!!...In March '11 I took my truck in for a very very small leak I had and I wanted them to fix it...So I was told to leave my truck so they can check it out...4 hours later I went back to the shop to see how much it was going to cost me, thats when he went on to say that I had all kinds of leaks under my truck...So I asked how many and he told me he dont know it was too many to count, so he gave me this estimate on what I needed and it said i needed a water pump, thermostat and gasket, valve cover gasket, freeze plug and a few other things totaling up to $1400!!!! So that just didnt seem right to me...I took my truck to 2 other shops and they BOTH said only thing I needed was a $10 seal!!!!!I just couldnt believe how they tried to get me!!!Also come to find out my brother-in-law went to this same shop a week before I did and they told him he needed the same parts I did and DIDNT!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO BACK!!!
