Owner got upset with me over a tire Because he does not have enough help in his shop

Brian McKinney has never done a restoration job before. He quoted me $2,500 and kept changing price, finally two weeks ago we settled a price and I came into make a final payment after he called me in to pick up car because he was done. When I came in, he car was not done. They threw away my hood and lost parts to my hood that are incomplete. The paint isn't right color on the hood and side mirrors. I have a stencil for the hood and it is painted wrong on the hood. And my graphics were never put on. With all this Brian said that I now have to pay $1,200 dollars more because he has more in it. We had an agreement and he changed it. I called him a liar and he said "yes I am, but what are you gonna do about it, pay it in 30 days or the car is mine". I argued with Brian and he told me to get off his property I said it was unfair. It all ended with Brian hitting me with his car and driving off!!! He currently has criminal charges against him and soon a lawsuit. Do not do business with this man!!!!!

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

My father purchased a car from them recently. It was a good deal and they advised him to come immediately because they wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. He leaves work right away and purchases the car. He immediately goes to the gas station up the road and after he's done filling up, the car won't start. Luckily, his friend was with him and was able to jumpstart him. He managed to get the car home that evening and to work the next day. On his way home from work that evening, the car starts making noises and dies. He managed to get it into a parking lot. So he gets the car towed to a shop (and friend of the family) and told him that it needs a new transmission. My father called them and let them know what happened. They were not willing to negotiate at all. No exchange or reimbursement. My father even offered to pay for the labor if they purchased the parts but they refused. We are filing complaints with the BBB and will be taking legal action. Don't do business with these people.
