Auto repair service near Bolivar, WV

Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met. Thank you Autoserv and staff for all the hard work you do serving our community. I highly recommend their services.

Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L. Good honest customer service. You will not be disappointed but the way you are treated here. Scott is the person to ask for. He will work with you in a down to earth manner that is both pleasant and straight forward. I have purchased a dozen cars and dealing with Scott is very personal and it will not feel like a hostile takeover. Highly recommend.

they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't even put any grease in it it failed less than three months later they tried to say I didn't grease that I said well I paid you to put it in and it's brand-new you don't even have enough common sense to grease the bearing. Second time we had a blowout on the highway and the guy we called AAA they called Minute Clinic shows up and come out there without a jack. The third time they towed the vehicle unauthorized charge me a hundred thirty bucks

The worst company I have ever had the bad pleasure of dealing with. Biggest problem of many others, was they can't seem to speak or even understand the English language. Not to mention they don't seem to know how to fix automobiles professionally, and charge way over price on repairs. I would advise all to search elsewhere for more reputable auto repair shops in the area, before getting snagged into this one's grasp.

I put down 7/10/11 but to be honest I need an end date because I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! We had hail damage done to it and were told it would be done by FRIDAY. I guess I should have asked which MONTH!!!!!!! Because as it stands as of today 7/21/11 we still DON'T have our car!!!! This is NOT THE FIRST time this has happen either!!!! We have been lied to about the time our car repairs would be done and even been told "well that is what I heard", as a smart remark, from the person who told us it would be done in 5 days!!!!!!! I will NEVER take my car here again!!!!!!! That's a promise!!!!!!!We got a call telling us that they are detailing our car instead of fixing a problem that THEY MISSED!!!!!!!!So NOW they have had our care since 7/9 which will be 7/22 (13 days) 8 days LONGER than we were told AND IT ISNT EVEN COMPLETELY FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh and as for the first time we had a problem that problem hasnt been fixed either!!!!!!!!!!!GO somewhere ELSE to get your car fixed this is NOT an OPTION AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
