In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! They provided a quote based on the information I provided for my 2009 Honda Accord. The quote was some $300 cheaper than another quote. Drop off vehicle in the morning, they called back (I wanted uni-struts) and indicated the coils were fine and that it would save me about $100. I told them proceed. Also spoke about the need for tires since the rear tires were wearing incorrectly due to strut issue. They quoted the entire job (4 new tires, struts with shocks, balance and align and labor) of approx. $1050. Their communication was excellent, quote was fair and no hidden or "or other identified issues". The vehicle rides and drive as if new. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them as your "go to" auto repair shop. GOOD GUYS!!

Bill came to our house, very professional and reasonable. Fixed sons car for a lot less then a shop would have done it for. We will be calling him for all our auto repair needs now that he is working in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area.

AVOID this shop! Requested a transmission service and to inspect the front suspension and diagnose why the check engine light was on. They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!

be careful with these people, they quote you 1 price tell you thats all you need, then change their tune and up the bill 200.00 w/o any prior authorization. i have all their voice mails saved and phone calls after the fact recorded where they contradict themselves not a very good business practice !
