Auto repair service near Adams City, CO

Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

I was delighted to find Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and to receive such pleasant, friendly and efficient attention from Weston and Eli, who made this no longer young novice driver feel comfortable and reassured. I trusted them to keep the BMW up and running and they did not disappoint. Worked around the corner and they would lend me car when I needed it. Never did find that pinhole leak somewhere in my air-conditioning system of my 325 but that is someone else’s problem now. I’m going through my Mazda CX-5 phase. I got a put a plug-in for Mazda, I’m really enjoying this. The bottom line is I trusted them and they did fine by me and that’s the most important thing is the trust.

So i've been coming to this dealership for three years now to get my 2017 yamaha fz-10 serviced and I have finally had enough of this place. I have never once been satisfied with the way this dealership does business. Costumer service is atrocious, every time I'd take my bike in for service the service department would give me attitude and sometimes even persuade me to not do the service because you can tell they simply dont wanna do the work. The service work done is always half-ass everytime i'd get my bike back it would be filthy, on one occasion i remember so much grease on my chain you could barely see the chain itself. Jason is the only technician I trust so if you do have to take your motorcycle to this place which i'm sorry you do make sure you ask for Jason to do the work. I was charged 105$ for them to tell me that my oil pan gasket was leaking which would've taken 5 minutes max to figure out! This place just wants you to buy a motorcycle and then forget about you. I waited over 2 months for them to complete a service that should've taken a day and I had to call them!! they told me my bike was ready and it wasn't. Ive given this dealership so many chances and i just cant take it anymore, they've pushed me to where id rather drive an hour north to Tri-City Cycles in loveland and get work done their. The attitude the staff member Robb gave me was unacceptable and hes the service manager!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere because this place has serious problems, I don't see them being in business much longer with they way that they conduct business.

Tune Tech is the place to go for all your car needs! I have taken all my vehicles to Tune Tech for 20 years and every time I leave knowing the service on my vehicle was excellent! I have referred my family and friends to Tune Tech and all of them leave happy too. Rich L. Longmont, CO
