Auto repair service near Danielson, CT

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.

These men are the greatest & are so honest it's really a blessing to find people of this caliber in this day & age. They not only care about the work they do but they truly care about the customer also. The engine is perfect & the car is running great. I also went in about 3 months ago because my car was vibrating so much that I couldn't go over 50 on the highway. Of course I'm thinking the worst & big money but they once again were honest & told me all I needed was a pair of new tires. What a relief, they could of told me anything & taken advantage of the situation, but no honest as always. Keith the owner & his mechanic are always on site, even if you just need advice stop in & you will always be greeted with a smile. I just can't say enough about these guys, but the only way to find out for yourself is to stop in. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Thank you for putting my engine in, it's running perfect. This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.
