The techs are pretty approachable when they're not deep into a job, but they bust their butta getting the job done, so don't be put off if they're not ready to shoot the breeze. I took Minivan in there to have A/C compressor replaced along w/ fan belt, Evaporator, Dryer, and have system recharged. They charged me $920.00 and not only didn't fix the problem, but broke my actuator for recirc door and refused to replace it. They obfuscated, talked in circles and would not and did not stand behind their work. In fact, they tried to charge another $1k dollars to get the A/C in working order. After they fleeced me and stole my money I learned that A/C Compressor Kits are available for about $150 dollars for this vehicle (and all vehicles) and my labor to install this was $250.00 Our family now has A/C in the van for the 1st time since Ice Cold Air couldn't do the work of replacing an A/C compressor kit.

Warning Do not buy a car from and do not trust this group! They cheated my Daughter out of her money knowingly selling her a car with a spun bearing. They lied and said the engine light was on due to a bad sensor... Called them expecting to make it right and they would not standby their product . Avoid them at all costs!

do not go there, some employees are very difficult to work with with, and your bill will always be higher than expected, they do have another location that seems to be pretty good, and have never had a problem there

Mike McCoy did a great job repairing my vehicle after I stuck an object on the interstate while passing through Ocala. McCoy's was recommended by my insurance company and all of the reviews were positive. Now I know why. Mike was thorough and explained everything he was doing for the repair and the cost was reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell and, although I had not planned on having my brakes repaired during my unexpected visit, Mike took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. John the owner is a great mechanic, he can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your car. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can.
