WOW -- there just isn't a better or more fair mechanic on the planet. What a blessing Mark and his whole team has been to me and my son. We recently bought a classic Nissan Z and of course it came with some issues. Makr has been patiently working through the issues with the car as I find them -- quite honestly he and his team are thorough and get it right the first time everytime.

Been looking for a car for our daughter for weeks. Stopped by and felt NO "typical car lot pressures" Todd was friendly,easy going and comfortable to talk to. My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I absolutely love and trust them and would highly recommend Mancini's on Old 54, in New Port Richey!

I was referred by a random customer of theirs - I took my car there because I needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Nah took the time and thoroughly went through my vehicle to make sure that there were no other issues. He even came up on his day off to check out an unrelated issue a few days later. He and his staff have been so professional and kind. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is a blessing when you can find a honest mechanic who is not just trying to sell you something --- he truly cares and only wants to make sure what is wrong is fixed.
