Sales persons are nice also mg until service damaged my car. They would fix it and damage something else. Gen mg was doing good with the mess that was keeping up. Was someone messing with me and mg? Just kidding.lol Both service mg and general manager blown up marching around and SCARED me off.I got a new car from them. I was so happy ,then took it into service to only get it damaged over and over. Weird. Mg should had blow up to service not to coustomer.Service mg was mean. Made me feel I was the one beating my car up. District mg nice but damage not fully done.He had my car done at another Mazda. He did do what he seen and promised at the time he was there. With all the mg yelling and finger pointing I went blank to show everything that was wrong at to that District mg. I will live with it because this strange thing just might start again. Very shameful for how this dealership handled their mess ups. I am so over this. Next Mazda service will be far far away.

Be careful with these guys, I brought my car to them with a overheating problem and they managed to get the car to not even start anymore. I even told them all it needed was a fan(which it still does). I was told my computer was bad so I would not be able to drive it without replacing it, with the excuse they were able to wire up my ignition to the battery to get it to start and "fix" the overheating issue. At the end of the day I spent over $500 dollars and had to tow my broken car away. Over the weekend I was able to fix this issue within 15 mins and get my car running by fixing the shorted wires on the computer they exposed and turning the key.... They had my car all week racking up hours for there so called "labor" and half ass repairs, will never go here again.

They call me and hang up, I call back and ask to be removed from the list, Misty (a floor supervisor, and not a friendly one at all) tells me that I have been added to the "Do Not Call List" this was three months ago and I still get a phone call and a hangup every single day from this company. Isnt that illegal? DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND INTRUSIVE! The worst part of all of this, Im not even the person they keep asking for, he does not own this phone number. This has been going on for almost 6 months! Anybody else having a problem with this company should report it HERE (complaintwire.org)

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!
